Great quality bike that I’ve had years…
Great quality bike that I’ve had years and still looks new. The bike lamp I bought didn’t come with a bolt to fix it to my bike, which was a shame but it looks great.

Beautiful bike - Terrible Customer Service
I live in the channel islands and paid over £100 for delivery of my Bobbin Hummingbird. I was happy to do this as it's such a lovely looking bike at a reasonable price. The construction of the bike is a bit faffy but doable.
However, on my second ride the Derailleur broke/bent and the bike became unrideable. I understand these things happen - mechanical problems can occur - and my only concern was to get the bike up and running as quickly as possible as I had sold my old one and use it for getting around.
That is when all my issues started. Bobbin offered to collect and replace my bike, but given my location, a repair locally was much more economical and, crucially for me, faster. Couriering one way alone from Jersey would have been £100 plus. But it has been such a nightmare trying to get them to cover the full cost of a modest repair (65.00). They have offered me 40, then 50 pounds and it's been like pulling teeth trying to get them to meet their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act. And feels very much a case of cutting of their nose to spite their face as this is surely a much cheaper option than replacement.
I really liked the look and ethos of Bobbin as a company, but the customer service has been so depressingly bad that I will never buy from them or recommend them. Its so frustrating when brands put so little thought or common sense into their customer service. But looking at the reviews on here I'm not the only only who has been met with this type of response.

While we do try to support repairs locally where replacements aren’t practical, it’s clear this situation could have been handled better on our end.

Poor customer service
Bought a bike for my daughter in October 2024 with it being autumn/winter the bike has not been rode until the spring/summer 2025. Every time my daughter rides the bike the pedal falls off. I have contacted customer service however they are unwilling to help and advised paying myself for it rectifying at a local bike shop. In my opinion this is poor customer service from a company providing premium products and I won’t be recommending them to others.

Attractive and sturdy child’s bike
My order of a child’s bike was delivered promptly and it was well packed to avoid damage in transit. The bike is constructed using quality materials. Although it requires quite a bit of self assembly, instructions are provided. It would be helpful if the written instructions in the box were more specific to the bike purchased rather than generic, however an alternative step by step guide is provided by email. Overall I’m happy with the purchase, hopefully my granddaughter will be too!
