Great product and good delivery experience
Good information on the website helped us to order the correct size. Delivery was prompt (though delayed by one day due to an issue with the courier). The bike was well packaged and fairly simple to assemble. One slight annoyance was that the disk brake pads were not fully aligned with the rotors in advance, and though instructions were included on how to do this, I think someone without experience would find it difficult as it is quite fiddly.
The bike is lovely, especially for the money. I actually think it's as good as some of the more established 'premium' kids bike brands, without the elevated price tag. Our 7 year old absolutely adores it.

Stylish, practical
Very quick delivery. Panniers are lovely, fit well, very stylish and secure. Only slight criticism is the weight but that is probably inevitable with the quality of basket.

Bough daytripper City bike
Bike arrived. It works.
Assembly required a couple of hours and some care. If you are used to messing with bikes it will be no problem. If not..... find someone who is.

DO NOT BUY! NO GOODS, NO RESPONSES, LOST MONEY - FILING TO THE COURTS!
Still no responses or call back to any legal documents even after unlawfully cancelling my order due to me getting solicitors involved. No money has been returned.
BEWARE WHEN READING RESPONSES TO BAD REVIEWS FROM THIS BUSINESS. It is all smoke & mirrors!
IF YOU KNOW HOW REVIEWS WORK YOU WILL SEE ANY GOOD ONES ARE NOT VERIFIED. These would have been paid for.
WHOEVER DOES THE RESPONSES TO REVIEWS IS CLEARLY TRAINED TO COPY AND PASTE FROM A SCRIPT. You would think they would call me wouldn’t you if they actually gave any consideration to customer service or the law. BUT THIS PROVES THIS IS NOT A LEGIT BUSINESS AND NOTHING BUT A WAY TO GET MONEY AND SCREW AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE.
THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSES TO LEGAL LETTERS AND THIS IS BEING FILED WITH THE COURTS IN 3 DAYS
THE NUMBER THEY GIVE YOU TO CALL IS A WAIT OF AT LEAST 45 MINUTES AND THEY SAY THEY CANNOT HELP BUT TO LOG AN EMAIL IN YOUR PORTAL.
THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE BOYCOT AND TAKEN OFFLINE. I WILL DO MY UPMOST TO DRAG THESE JOKERS THROUGH THE COURTS AND HANDED THE BIGGEST FINES POSSIBLE FOR BREACHES OF THE LAW. THE DIRECTORS ALSO NEED TO BE STRUCK OFF!

Spotted this bike via a Google search and came across Bobbins. The bike we ordered was exactly what we wanted for our little girl (3yrs) she loves red and collecting things so this little bike with basket was just perfect. Very easy to order with extremely fast postage! Well packaged with all parts carefully packed for protection. Assembly took a little longer than expected, but we got there in the end 😅 most importantly our daughter LOVES it! 😍 She's already whizzing around with the stabilisers on, won't be long before she's riding without them. Great value for money for a top quality and gorgeous looking bike.
