Quick delivery, responsive,and helpful
Item arrived very quick after ordering with a slight defect (which was most likely caused in transit). Contacted customer support to report and had very prompt response acknowledging issue and a solution offered immediately.

Good bike, confusing instructions.
The bicycle was delivered promptly, in excellent condition and looks good. The assembly however was a bit of a challenge: the instructions booklet is not specific to your actual bike so you have to find out what type of brakes you have, what type of fixings... And don't expect Ikea-like diagrams: you'll have to rely on lo-fi black and white photographs.

Great buying experience and I love my new bike. I've had a few Bobbin bikes over the years. When my very loved Bobbin bike was stolen I decided on a change and bought a different branded bike. After 6 months I missed my Bobbin so much I decided to buy a new one. I'm so happy I did :)

Poor experience so far all because your…
Poor experience so far all because your delivery partner APC overnight has failed to complete the simple task of delivering my daughter's bike in time before her birthday after several attempts one including me choosing to get it delivered at one of the local stores who are their partners. The very local store 39a Bekerley avenue Reading costcutter refused to accept my parcel because "it was too large". But have them on their options...I called APC to make a complaint and they promised over the phone to deliver parcel on Saturday which was my preferred date 13/09/25 , but guess what? You guessed it..i haven't heard from them since Thursday 11 September 2025 when they made this promise. Noone picked up the phone when I called them this morning and no response to my emails ...to say I'm furious is an understatement! Imagine choosing you over other competitors and this is what I get !

Order #329152462 - APC overnight managed to lose the bike. That is not your fault, however this was a birthday present for my grandson and needed to be sorted. Difficulty getting a response but when contact made refund being processed
