Blackbearfitness Anmeldelser

We have bought multiple pieces of equipment for our home gym and the staff have been nothing but super friendly and helpful. The equipment is brilliant quality and we have returned to them to buy more! Would definitely recommend!

The item arrived different than what was advertised. I requested a return 3 days ago and called today and haven't had a response yet.

I ordered a Leg Extension & Leg Curl Machine. The tracking never moved past "We're preparing these items for shipping", and the expected delivery date came and went with no delivery and no update.

I called twice and spoke to two different members of staff. Both said they would contact the delivery partner and call me back, one within 30 minutes. Neither called back. My next attempt only reached voicemail.

When I finally got through again, I was told the machine would arrive that day and that I'd be emailed a consignment number within a couple of hours. The machine didn't arrive, and neither did the email or the consignment number.

Having no confidence the item would ever arrive, I asked for a refund. They did action it quickly but I'm now waiting ten days for my money back so I can buy from a company who can get something as basic as delivery right. During the call I could also hear staff talking to each other in the background that "heads were going to roll". Great, maybe get your own house in order before shouting down your delivery partner though.

I understand that mistakes happen and the delivery partner may well have let them down. The problem is how it was handled: repeated promises of callbacks and updates, none of which were kept, and no proactive communication at any point.

I recommend looking elsewhere for equipment, this is clear an org that doesn't have either the experience, professionalism or care to handle issues when they happen.

I had a fantastic experience buying from this business! Their communication throughout the entire process was top-notch—always quick to reply, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
What really impressed me was how accommodating they were. They went above and beyond by taking photos of the products for me, even going out of their way to assemble the equipment first so I could see exactly what I was getting. Finding a seller willing to put in that kind of effort to give you complete confidence in your purchase is rare.
On top of that, arranging collection was completely hassle-free. They were very flexible with timing, which made the whole pickup process seamless.
The gym equipment is great quality, but the exceptional service is what really sets them apart. I’ll definitely be coming back to them for future gear and highly recommend them to anyone looking for fitness equipment!

Absolutely brilliant experience with BlackBear Fitness from start to finish!

I bought the BlackBear 2000 Series All-in-One machine for my new home gym, together with a bench, Olympic bar, plates, dumbbells and a few other bits. The quality of the equipment is excellent and the finished setup looks amazing.

A massive thank you to Anthony as well. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, always easy to contact, happy to answer my questions and help me choose the right equipment. The installation was done professionally and everything was set up exactly how I wanted it.

You can tell these guys genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. I’m really proud of how my home gym turned out and couldn’t be happier with it.

Highly recommended BlackBear Fitness. Great equipment, great service and genuinely good people to deal with.

Thanks again Anthony and the BlackBear Fitness team!

Purchase 2.5kg 4ft Technique Olympic Barbell from Blackbearfitness, great item and top notch communication, many thanks!

A really nice young man named Jacob showed me round the show gym and helped me pick out what I wanted. Im really impressed with the 6ft purple barbell and purple collars I bought. The colour of the barbell looks great and the quality is excellent. I also bought the 9kg change plate package and 5kg black bumper plates. They are really good quality and perfect for my workouts.

Everything feels solid, well made and exactly as described. I’m really happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend! 💜💪

Some parts weren't included but this was resolved and were sent out to me.

Purchased a set of adjustable dumbbells which broke within 3 months of having them, took absolutely forever to get a replacement when one part was sent if wasn’t right piece so ended up waiting again! Then this week the other one has broken and same issue! This time I’m getting absolutely no response from customer service even though last time was an absolute nightmare to get hold of and when I did the manager never got back very quickly! I’ve wasted nearly £400 this was a birthday gift for my son and he’s so fed up of them he wants me to get a refund on them! This is what I would like but that’s never going to happen with a company like this! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Great service great price will definitely buy again

Found what I was looking for, ordered and paid without issue. Communication was solid. Delivered when they said it would. Happy with product and experience

Absolutely outstanding service from Black Bear.

They installed my Concept2 SkiErg and the whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. They responded to me within minutes over the weekend, offered a very competitive price, and completed the installation within just two days.

The quality of the installation was perfect, and they took the time to explain everything clearly afterwards. They were incredibly responsive, friendly and professional throughout.

As a family business, Black Bear is exactly the kind of company you want to deal with. I only wish there were more businesses like them.

Brilliant service, brilliant quality, and I will definitely be using them again.

Product was as described and top quality , had some issues with delivery but not Blackbears fault , poor courier . Blackbear rectified the problem immediately on notification of the issue . Would recommend using them

Received our order over two delivery’s which was fine but was missing our bench that we ordered. I spoke with the team and they sincerely apologised even though it wasn’t their fault and sent a new one out immediately. Excellent service and the goods are great quality. Would order again.

Product, delivery and price were all great but I ended up with two different models of what I ordered. Not a deal breaker and wouldn't stop me using BlackBearFitness in the future.

Great service and speedy delivery as always.

Great communication, excellent, competitive pricing. Top quality products. Highly recommend.

Repeat customer here. I purchased some plates last time, top quality product for a great price. Purchased a premium Olympic a barbell in excellent new condition. Highly recommended

Love my new dumbbells. I’ve been looking for a good price for a pair of 17.5kg and this was perfect !!
Amazing quality

I ordered the leg extension and curl plate loaded machine on Friday and it was delivered and assembled as promised on the following Monday. Fantastic service and Anthony even adjusted my cable Smith machine for me while he was there. Really 5 star customer service and the machine is excellent too!
