I recently purchased the Strongway PREMIUM Multi Gym Smith Machine (3 Weight Stacks) with Weights Packages, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.
The after‑sales support was exceptional. Manish truly went above and beyond—when a part was missing from my order, he stepped up immediately and supplied it with no hesitation at all. That level of customer care is rare and says a lot about Strongway as a company.
Shipping was excellent, fully tracked with regular updates, so I always knew where my order was. The machine arrived well packaged, and the installation was straightforward. I assembled it on my own using the provided instructions, which were clear and easy to follow.
The quality of the equipment is excellent—solid, well‑built, and clearly designed to last. The variety of exercises you can perform is impressive, making it perfect for full‑body training at home.
One thing that really stood out was the compact design. I needed a machine under 218 cm in height, and after extensive research this was the only machine on the market that met that requirement without compromising functionality. That alone made it an easy choice—and it has exceeded expectations.

Great for triceps and biceps with less stress on the wrist.
Love this bar I tried to purchase through another supplier as strongway was out of stock but the other supplier messed me about and ended up refunding me. The great thing is when I went back on the strongway website the bar was back in stock. From ordered to delivery I was very pleased with the service and quality of my purchase.

Great value for money and excellent customer service
Really happy with the equipment from Strongway. The quality is very good for the price, and there’s a wide choice of products available. Assembly took a bit of time and the instructions weren’t always the clearest (hard to compete with IKEA!), and the bench and smith machine feel a bit lightweight and not as sturdy as expected, especially under heavier use. However, considering the price paid, it still offers great value for money.
Customer service has been excellent — quick responses and very helpful throughout. One of the ropes arrived shorter than expected, but they are already looking into resolving it, which is reassuring. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

multigym with smith machine
Bought a multigym with smith machine. Took a few weeks to arrive but tis was well communicated. I found it fairly simple to put together on my own. The machine itself is well made and seems robust. I've had to dismantle some of it to move it and it went back together fine. I also had need of one new cable and Strongway couldn't have dealt with it any better... a new one was despatched next day. Just fantastic customer service. Would most definitely buy from them again.
