The auto-renew is very difficult to turn off, they say you can do it through settings, but there is no option. You have to contact them repeated to request it off. Also they charge you for your subscription on day1 of the month but don’t ship it out until the 10-12th. It’s almost like a bait and switch where you get the option to pick a sample, but then it’s out so they’ll give you 20% off your next full size purchase. Terrible customer service.

Atención postventa vergonzosa. Todo va bien hasta que surge cualquier problema, entonces te ignoran.

No me ha gustado.
Rellenas un perfil con las preferencias y después no se ciñen a eso.
Me han llegado 2 productos que no he seleccionado y que no uso.

Me he puesto en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente y tampoco han hecho nada por solucionarlo, ya que dice que es para explorar nuevos productos.

Quiero explorar, pero no quiero tirar mi dinero. Por lo menos enviarme productos en base a mi perfil.

So many thumbs down. They give you TRASH. Literally dollar store trash and it’s in the gaudiest colors. Also they straight trick you into monthly charges, I specifically purchased ONE box and it says “commuting to one box” and nope they charged me the next month. And it’s more trash. It’s like they raid the dumpsters at the dollar store for makeup. And their customer service SUUUUCKS.

I like my boxes but they are getting lazy on the designs. I love being able to try products and going on the site and ordering full size of the ones I like. I think we should get points for each box and a better break if we sign up for a subscription to have a full size delivered on a schedule. They could make so much more money by giving better prices. It's called capitalism.

I signed up for a year, gotten four boxes and hated everyone of them. I thought I was signing up for cosmetics, perfume, etc. 98% of the products are hair products and the rest is crap. Just about everything gets thrown in the trash. a perfume sample, a facial cream, and a hair product. I couldn’t have been more wrong or more disappointed.

This isn’t what you think. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. First of all it was taking forever for them to ship my box so I contacted them which took awhile because they weren’t responding and it turns out they hadn’t even shipped it yet. And secondly I’m supposed to get full sized products and they are extremely tiny I would hate to see what their sample sizes look like they must be microscopic. And as well as them being tiny in the first place they aren’t even that full. I would never recommend this to someone unless of course you want a deceiving second rate make up company that takes for ever to respond as well as deliver your products.

I have been a customer of Birchbox for years now, and I am a huge fan - However, the other day my credit card expired and my bank sent me a new one - So I had to go in the app to change the details, which was a very slow and painful process. I was not allowed to 'delete' the card or 'add a new one' - So I had to edit the current one (which was a Visa) and add the new card details (which is a mastercard) - It is still showing Visa... I cannot change it and it made *multiple* £0.01 charges into my account??

It would just be way easier if you could offer direct debit options since it is a subscription and I do not want to deal with changing the card details all the time or being charged multiple times for the same item. Would make both of our lives easier (:

Nunca contestan el teléfono y tampoco email.... una empresa nefasta que no cuida a sus clientes y se aprovecha de ellos.

No cogen nunca el telefono y en el app no me dejan cancelar my subscripción. No lo recomiendo ladrones.

First box in a 6 month subscription and I’m already disappointed-it’s all a few pieces of junk

De las peores experiencias de mi vida, me han quitado mucho dinero si. Autorización, no tiene teléfono de contacto, finalmente acudiré a la OMI. No permitamos que las estafas de grandes empresas sigan arruinando a personas trabajadoras e inocentes

Acabo de recibir una caja de prueba, que adquirí además de la suscripción por 3 meses.
Menudo fiasco! Un rimel que viene en tubo con cepillo. Una pasta ultraseca que no sirve para nada.
Un serum detox que me ha dejado la piel tirante y con picores.
Un labial líquido que huele a producto caducado.
Una muestra gratuita (que no se paga en ningún comercio)
Un aceite para el pelo tamaño supermini y un body cream tamaño viaje.
En resumen, dinero tirado. Veremos como salen las siguientes cajas, pero me temo que no va a durar mucho la suscripción.
Ah, me olvidaba decir que las marcas son todas desconocidas.

Solo te mandan muestras cuando llevas varios meses, a las suertudas o influencers todo tamaño grande. No compensa. Te sentirás estafada.

Terrible !!!! Stay away!! I cancelled as soon as I received my first box ! Everything in my box was expired, smelled like chemicals and just thrown together !! Very upsetting !! Instead of a one star I give it a “0” as there is nothing good about Birchbox !!

Not worth the money, and does not honor its offers...I do NOT recommend...Believe the reviews..I got broken products and duplicates..cancelled immediately!!

Signing up for this was a complete waste of money. And because I got a box for one cent, I’m locked into the year subscription. I assumed it would be similar to the Sephora Play where I got three quality cosmetics, a perfume sample, a facial cream, and a hair product. I couldn’t have been more wrong or more disappointed.

Im guten Glauben, auch eine Box zu bekommen, habe ich die Birchbox bestellt und was soll ich sagen, es kam keine einziger der beiden bestellten Boxen an.
Jegliche Mails wurden entweder standardisiert beantwortet oder gar ignoriert.
Mittlerweile steht eine der beiden Boxen auf geliefert. Wäre ja schön, aber die Box in der offensichtlich sowieso Artickel fehlen und ausgetauscht wurden, kam natürlich nicht an.
Mehreren Bitten mir mein Geld zu erstatten, wird ebenfalls nicht nachgekommen.
Stattdessen wird man vertröstet oder ignoriert.
Dazu kommt, das ich extra Geld für eine Sendungsverfolgung gezahlt habe, auch hier natürlich keine Nummer und auch keine Box.
Das die Juni Box noch kommt, bezweifle ich stark.
Lieferschwierigkeiten dürfen mal passieren, aber einfach 2 Artikel gegen halb so wertige auszutauschen und einen komplett weg zu lassen, und dann noch zu behaupten sie sei ausgeliefert worden ist sehr frech.
Und jetzt soll ich die nicht erhaltenen Produkte auch noch bewerten !?
