Customer service was quick to respond regarding my concerns. Talha was very understanding and offered an alternative as well as a great discount. Please note that one phone number on the website is not in service. However, I was able to eventually find a number that worked. Thanks Talha for great customer service.

My customer service representative Flora was excellent. I am new to ordering and she explained the program very thoroughly. I had questions of products and charges on memberships and she was very gracious and helped me along the way. I think you Flora for being an outstanding representative and ALL your help.

I was very pleased with the customer service that I received today from Elli. I was not pleased after making my purchases today, as I didn’t understand the charges for what I had purchased. I originally requested a refund. Elli seemed to be understanding, she explained the charges to me, and even offered me a gift of my choice to make it right. ( mostly in my mind) I really appreciated that!

Flora was a great help in resolving my issue of cancellation. She gave me an acceptable alternative. Thank you!!

Finally I got someone to help me with the cancellation of my Order. It took a whole lot of emails and constant texts and phone calls and the last call I made connected to a very nice lady. Thank you for your help.

Syed Nouman, the gentleman I spoke to, took good care of me and fixed my issue. He was polite and courteous and let me speak. My only issue is about the phone connection, it kept breaking up so it was a little difficult to hear him. that is not on Syed, it's on the customer service link that I called.

Melchie was very attentive in taking care of my problems. She solved the problem in record time and did not let up with her understanding of problem and ultimate solution. Her level of customer service was the highest and others should strive for this.

My concerns were addressed. Appreciate the outstanding customer service.

Flora was a great help with all my questions regarding my order. I was and still am frustrated with the price that added up when the price I thought I was ordering was not that much but apparently since processed already can’t be changed. She helped with freezing future charges until I decide if this product is for me or not. Appreciated her help in easing my stress in this order. Flora was very professional and supportive.

Misunderstanding

My advisor, Rachel, was kind, professional and thorough. She really listened and understood what I want and need. She made my entire purchasing experience, enjoyable, and gave me confidence in the company that they will be there if I need them.

I had lots of questions and he was patient with me and answered them. I could understand his language although he was in Philippines. He gave me his email and # to get in touch with him.

Today I finally received good service from Flora. I have repeatedly tried to resolve an issue with this company filled with deaf ears. Finally I was passed on to Flora who took the time to fix the problem. The delay getting to this stage cost me sn additional $54., but now, going forward, Flora has assured me that this won’t happen again. I am thankful that this company has at least one conciencious employee and that I received her help. Thank you Flora
