better than before but still needs work

I liked being able to customize the whole box now but two months in a row I did not get the full sized product I picked. while the June product was an appropriate replacement in July I did not get the Sunday Riley CEO moisturizer and its replacement and the e tra product were disappointing.

Long time member

I love trying new products and I like getting to choose what's in the box.
I wish there was more of a description under each choice, especially for the makeup choices. I miss the product description cards that used to come with the boxes.

However, we absolutely hear you and are working on better ways to ensure customers can learn about all the products in their boxes and get the most out of them!

Not enough full size products

The full size products I did receive were good products, but I mostly received samples instead if full size products. It just wasn't worth the money to me to get a bunch of sample size items to clutter things up.

We’re excited to let you know that customers now have the option to include up to two full-size items in the box, along with other samples. With our customization feature, you can select the products and sizes that best suit your needs. We truly hope we’ll have the chance to win you back in the future!

Love the fact that we can customize

Love the fact that we can customize. Love the fact that there is a variety between skin care, makeup and hair, something for everyone. I love that it lets me try new products I was not aware of (who knew I would find my new favorite brow tint and eye liner from Arrow, both of which I got in my first box). I was so impressed I wrote a review of the Arrow Eye Liner 2 hours after trying it! Can't wait for my next box! One thing that would be nice to see...is the ability to buy previous boxes! I have been sharing with everyone just how great Birchbox is!

I really liked the replacement I…

I really liked the replacement I received when the item I originally chose was out of stock. When I had a couple of issues, they were resolved very quickly. The selections are getting better after the stoppage during COVID19 and the company was changed.

I love the Birchboxes

I love the Birchboxes. It's like Christmas 12 times a year. High quality products and it's fun trying new brands (new to me) and try out different products. I really look forward to the box every month.

I loved all of the options I got to…

I loved all of the options I got to choose from each month! The price change however for a yearly subscription is what made me cancel my membership. I was also frustrated with not getting any kind of notification when the company was being bought out and there was months without explanation of why I wasn’t getting a new box for like 6 months
