Receiving box
I have not received my box yet but by going off what I see it feel I am paying a lot for a little product. I was notified that it was shipped but have not seen it yet. I don’t feel the tracking is updated as often as it should and no eta given. I am seriously thinking of canceling my subscription.

I love being able to try products…
I love being able to try products without the commitment of buying a full size product. Birchbox does the research to find the best products. Getting a box every month is like having your birthday EVERY month! So fun!

Delivery
I messaged after hours, so I wasn't sure what the response time might be. I was so surprised when Christina got back to me within hours. She advised that she was taking care of my issue.
My Box arrived the very next day, so my issue was resolved. However, I have no doubt that a replacement box would have been shipped immediately. So glad to experience that customer service remains alive and well for some companies!!

Each box has quality products
Each box has quality products. Samples are larger than most and sometimes I get a full size product. Very happy with them.

I love Birchbox but I think there are…
I love Birchbox but I think there are still way to improve the experience after the big “pause” they had :
- the shipping. I never know when my box will be shipped.
- the cost. I understand the rise of the cost but I feel like we didn’t get anything better in the same time. Same kind of products in the box for 5 dollars more.
- I love opening my box every month. It brings me joy.
- can we update the liste of product we want and don’t want ? ( I don’t use eyes make up products for example)

I would give 5 stars but Birchbox loses…
I would give 5 stars but Birchbox loses 1 star because the shipping takes forever and the tracking never updates right, so it's a guessing game on when I will see it in my mailbox. Also, this month, an expected item was replaced for something less appealing because of overselling. So I'm truly bummed about that. Otherwise, it's a great little box and fun to open every month and try new things.

While we’re thrilled to hear you enjoy receiving your Birchbox Beauty Box each month, we’re sorry for any shipping delay you’ve experienced, and for the disappointment in one of your chosen items being oversold. Since relaunching, we’ve been working hard to get everything back to normal, including renewing and shipping timelines. Although it took a bit longer than we hoped, we are happy to say we are now on a standard shipping cadence. Billing for renewing members will occur on the 1st of the month, customization will be open during the first week, and boxes will ship over 1-2 weeks after customization closes. You can now expect your box to ship by mid-month.
We hope to continue delighting you with your Birchbox experience, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your kind and valuable feedback!
Format changed -not for better
Loved getting to try products. Used to be much better though: higher end products, larger and more samples. More of what I could use. Felt new format provided inferior choices,
