Any issues identified where dealt with quickly and professionally.
All the employees of the company that I spoke to were courteous and took time to explain and listen to our points of view.
Jacob was especially helpful, he showed care and consideration and was a tidy worker who considered my uncles needs and ensured he kept him in the loop.

The gentleman who actually done the whole transformation of my bathroom, was punctual, polite, and so hardworking. From start to finish it only took 3 days, so impressive. And daily telephone calls from the office to make sure all is well.

The work converting my small bathroom…
The work converting my small bathroom into a wet room was carried out within 7 days and I am extremely pleased with the result. John, the fitter doing most of the work, was excellent and a pleasure to have on site.

Problems down the line! Wrong valve caused a leak
We had our bathroom changed to a walk in shower room in 2019…. We had problems then, largely put right. However, left with a toilet that isn’t parallel to the wall. However, 2 problems have recently come to light. The seat, originally not safe because screws that were used were too small was “put right” but one new screw was just put in, not screwed in. The large problem however caused a leak. 2 valves to the radiator, under the floor were plastic. On one it said not to be used for central heating. That is the one that split and caused a leak and therefore damage to our kitchen ceiling. We have since replaced them with copper by some-one competent. Please ensure your workmen use the correct equipment in future.

We are sorry to read of the difficulties you have experienced. Our records show that the last contact we had from you was in September 2025, when you advised there was an issue with the toilet seat. As the installation was completed in 2019 and was outside of its warranty period, we explained that a replacement seat would be chargeable. We also provided you with a link to source a suitable replacement locally, which you advised you were happy with and that you would be arranging a local installer.
We have not been contacted regarding the further issues you have mentioned in your review, including the valve and leak, and as such we have not been given the opportunity to inspect or rectify these concerns. Had these matters been reported to us directly, we would have been happy to review them and advise accordingly.
We do take feedback seriously and always aim to use appropriate materials and fittings in line with installation standards at the time of work. If you would like us to review this further, please contact our customer service team on 01527 267 800 with your details so we can look into this for you.

Walk in Shower
I have to compliment Mobility Plus for the speed which they installed my walk in shower - just two weeks after their first visit and the work is finished. We are very pleased with the advice we were given. Caitlin was very friendly and worked hard to complete the work in three days. The workmanship is of a high standard and we are completely satisfied with the installation. I would recommend the firm to anyone.

Shower cubicle fitted quickly and efficiently
Kiko (213466) arrived promptly every morning and worked hard all day to complete the shower cubicle in three days. He was always very helpful when I had questions and explained everything to me. He likes biscuits!

New bathroom
Recently had a new bathroom installed with this company. Our fitter, Luke, was diligent in his work, keeping us updated and willing to answer any questions we had. He did an excellent job and we are delighted with our new bathroom.

Adam is amazing!
We had a good experience with this company. The design proposed works well and is suitable for our needs. And communication was good.
But most of all, we have to say that Adam, who fitted the bathroom, was without doubt a master craftsman. He worked very fast, and the quality of his work was great.
