Finishing isn't very good

From start to finish I felt supported and informed in the design of the bathroom. All of the work was completed quickly, with the minimum of disruption Andy and Mark explained everything as they were going and ensured the all the rubbish was removed and the house was tidy. I must say they worked extremely hard and were friendly.
My bathroom looks so much brighter and easier to use.

From the initial appointment for a walk-in shower through to the final fitment the service was excellent. Good customer service and communication. The fitter Adam Roberts was prompt, friendly and left everything clean and tidy. I received phone calls every day to see how it was going from Alan Smith who was polite and friendly. Would recommend.

All very professional from start to finish.Eve contacted me daily to make sure that everything was ok. I found her very pleasant and approachable.she explained me through the process of having the bathroom fitted from what time the items would be delivered to having all the rubbish removed. She was excellent.
Krystian was fantastic he explained what he was doing each day. He checked all the parts were there and not scratched etc when they were delivered. His workmanship was excellent. He was pleasant,curtious and friendly.Did a brilliant job.Thankyou to both of you. I now have a lovely bathroom

They were kind courteous and it or needs first looked after us from start to finish our fitter Steve was wonderful thank you to all the team

Calum and Monica were friendly, professional, and worked extremely hard to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure I was completely satisfied with everything. I would recommend highly. It was a pleasure to have them working in my home.

Very poor experience
My experience with bathing solutions has been very disappointing. The project management was the poorest of the poor, the drawings from the sales rep had been copied incorrectly meaning the whole bathroom was wrong to what we had been originally sold and agreed to. Therefore the bathroom was created incorrectly.
There was then a lengthy delay in which my father couldn't use the toilet in the room for a number of weeks as the new shower door was screwed in the way.

The compensation offered was very poor for the stress my elderly parents went through and the time not able to use the facilities. The offer was an absolute embarrassment for such a well advertised company who pride themselves on working with those in need to support lifestyle improvements.

Kept informed throughout the process & the fitter Mike did a brilliant job & kept our home clean and tidy throughout the fitting. Review would have been 5 stars if it had been the fitting & finished product experience but the sales side wasn't comfortable, Ann was very pushy and I felt pressured into making an on the spot decision

Everything was done quick and to a high standard. Peter, our fitter, was fantastic. He was quick and efficient with everything. He talked us through what he was doing. He confirmed the heights for things which was handy as I am quite tall. Everything was done amazingly. And all fitter quicker than we were originally told.
