We visited the Aintree showroom and spoke to Ellie who was fantastic! Within minutes she had listed everything we wanted, showed us the products in store where available and was so helpful showing us different options and helping us with tile choices etc. only needed to speak to Ellie one or two more times to confirm everything and pay for the order, it was so smooth! The order arrived the morning the plumbers came on site so we didn’t have to store a complete bathroom anywhere in the house until the bathroom was started, which was amazing! The products are fab and look so good in our new bathroom! Ellie was in contact throughout and checked in when the bathroom was complete to make sure we were happy. ! If you’re looking for a new bathroom, I highly recommend The Bathroom Showroom at Aintree and Ellie! She made the whole process worry free and seamless! Thanks Ellie! 🥰

We recently had our bathroom completely redesigned, supplied, and fitted, from The Bathroom Showroom in Bury. The entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the initial consultation, Rebecca the designer was fantastic — she really listened to what we wanted and brought creative ideas and practical suggestions that made a huge difference to both the look and functionality of the space.

The design process was smooth and well-managed, with clear communication throughout. The quality of the materials supplied was excellent, and everything arrived on time as promised.

A special mention also goes to Phil and Dan, the fitters The Bathroom Showroom recommended and arranged for us, who were outstanding. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly tidy, taking real pride in their work. The attention to detail in the installation was exceptional, and it’s clear they are highly skilled at what they do. The whole project was completed on schedule too!

We had an excellent experience with The Bathroom Showroom on Dallow Road in Luton. Kelly and team offered expert advice throughout and played a key role in turning our ideas into reality.

The CAD design was top-notch and incredibly helpful for our plumbers, ensuring the installation went smoothly from start to finish. What impressed us most was the continued support — even after everything was purchased, Kelly and the team were always on hand to help with any issues that came up.

This is against Judith O'Connor Showroom Manager Elgin. Again if I could give a minus. I visited her with my laptop to show everything I Needed. Oh she was like nothing was too much trouble. We even had a good laugh. Then the lies I can get anything you need in 2dys. I phoned 17th April asking if everything was in. "Yes, it's all ready" so I went to pay that afternoon. Monday 20/04/26 the complete bathroom was stripped. But everything hadn't arrived. After telling me everything was ready. All Lies!! As well as the wet wall not being in (Debbie from Howden just ordered before going on holiday). Judith O'Connor had ordered the shower enclosure She wanted Not the one I Needed. She ordered the flooring late. I went to see her about the Shower Enclosure. "oh that's right I'll get it updated." She didn't and the plumber knowing it was the wrong one still installed it. I was so angry I went down to see her. She saw me and "RAN saying she wasn't working today and had a flight to catch. ¡Apparently also lies! Tony who is in charge of the Trade was very understanding and told me the correct shower is now in and he would keep it until The joiner I had for another job could start. Be careful ordering from Judith O'Connor; The Bathroom Showroom Elgin. Her cards even state delivery in 48 hours.

Had a great experience with Carl in the Stockport store when we bought our bathroom. He created a brilliant design and was more than happy to make changes and was helpful giving us direction on what would work in our space.

We had a really positive experience when visiting the Cardiff, Colchester Avenue branch recently. Anthony Scarlett, the showroom Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable about the range of products on offer and took the time to understand what we were looking for and advise us on the best options available.
When our project start date was brought forward by several months, Anthony pulled out all the stops to get the order delivered to us as quickly as possible.
Our delivery driver was also really helpful, highlighting what was in each box and helping us to store everything safely.
Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience. We would recommend this showroom to anyone planning a bathroom update.

Tahir became my 'bathroom therapist,' patiently talking me through all the options and weighing up the pros and cons of different products until I felt 100% confident.

What really set him apart was his honesty and dedication. He offered impartial advice, matched lower prices I had found elsewhere to ensure I got the best deal, and even came to my flat after hours to double-check measurements and ensure everything was perfect.

Having worked with both Erin and Shannon at City Plumbing Burton Showroom, we have always been very satisfied with their service - they’re both friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Totally recommend them to anyone needing help renovating their bathroom.

Highly recommend!! Getting a whole new bathroom can be a stressful experience, but Ellie at the Aintree showroom explained every step and put my mind at ease.
Ellie designed the bathroom, based on the type of items I wanted, such as a walk in shower, large bath and spa-vibes! She has designed a haven and I am so happy with the result!
Ellie walked me through each item in the order, and was able to show me examples in the showroom - so I knew exactly what I was getting.
Ellie was always on hand for any questions I had about anything and she was a real comfort throughout the process! Ellie was able to communicate with my bathroom fitters and this made the process smooth sailing! My husband and I were looking for a company to advise on having a main bathroom and 2 ensuites redesigned. We were recommended to make an appointment with Mia Lord at City Plumbing in Grimsby. We had never had the privilege of having new bathrooms before so didn't know what we wanted. I cannot stress enough that Mia has more than the 'wow factor'! She rearranged the main bathroom before our eyes, it was amazing. The girl has heaps of talent! The other 2 ensuites are just incredible so thank you very much Mia. Would recommend anyone to see Mia, she will give the best advice and great ideas. Also thank you to the delivery driver too. Everything was a fabulous experience from start to finish.

We used the Grimsby showroom to design and order our beautiful new bathroom. Mia was so patient with us, as we changed our design several times, she is extremely knowledgeable and was a tremendous help in guiding us to make the best use of our space to create a relaxing spa atmosphere. We used City Plumbing in Stirling and Lynsey was friendly and very helpful. She suggested some nice ideas for us which was great. Great communication through the process from start to finish. Also the design was just what wanted. Would use them again for any future projects.
