This is the 2nd holiday we have booked with Away. Brooklyn was our agent on this occasion for a trip to Dubai. He was excellent, came up with exactly the package we required, and at a better price than I had found elsewhere. Brooklyn's communication was faultless and travel documents received promptly

This is my 5th time booking now with Brooklyn at away holidays. The service is brilliant and really straight forward. they are by far the cheapest when booking Dubai after comparing other prices. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

We booked our holiday with Go Away Holidays, dealing mainly with Umang. Four weeks before our trip, we were informed there was an issue with one of our connecting flights. We were promised this would be resolved within 48 hours, but instead we spent two weeks being given conflicting information and empty promises.

We were told at different times that:
• We would fly the same day but earlier via a different route (which we agreed to),
• Then that this option was no longer possible,
• Then that we would travel a day earlier with an overnight stay elsewhere,
• Only for this plan to be changed again.

By this point, I asked to speak to a manager as I was extremely upset and stressed. We travel at Christmas because it is our daughter’s birthday and her anniversary in December , and Christmas at home is very difficult for us as a family ! I explained this clearly. Umang asked if we wanted a refund, which I declined at that time. The following day, after yet more empty promises, I asked for a refund only to be told refunds were not offered.

The journey itself was exhausting. After flying Manchester – Dubai – Bangkok, we were left waiting 7 hours in Bangkok airport with our 10-year-old child. We were meant to meet family on day 7 of our holiday, but due to Umang booking our second hotel for 7 nights instead of 6, we missed a day with them. I emailed Umang about this and was rudely ignored. We had no choice but to stay the extra night and meet our family a day later.

When we arrived at our final hotel, we were given a room with one double bed, expected to share with our 10-year-old child. When we contacted Go Away Holidays, Umang was once again rude and completely unhelpful. We were forced to pay an additional £450 just to be moved to an appropriate room.

Overall, this was a stressful, upsetting, and poorly managed experience. Umang was consistently rude, dismissive, and unreliable, and the lack of communication and accountability ruined a holiday that was meant to be very special for our family.

I would strongly advise staying well away from Go Away Holidays, and especially from Umang.

Year after year we book our holiday to Dubai to visit family with Away Holidays. It such a easy process. Neil is fantastic he gets the best possible price which takes away the stress. Neil is fantastic. So easy to contact and a quick response. Thank you so much Neil

The customer service is excellent. Neil has gone above and beyond to answer all of our questions & ensure we have all necessary info! The response time is super efficient and always extremely friendly.

We were recommended to use Away holidays when chatting with some people in a jacuzzi in Dubai. We have now used them for booking 2 winter holidays and can honestly say the service is excellent, great flexibility to meet our needs for multiple stops and a good price that beat our other usual agents. Rob is our contact and he does look after his customers very well.

1st time booking holiday to Maldives. It was smooth and Ian was very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate contacting Ian again for future holidays.

Be very aware before booking with this company, make yourself familiar with the refund policy just saying, I was asked to email there customer care team that I did 3 months ago, I don’t think they have one as 3 months later I still haven’t received any communication from them, how very rude just like some of there staff, I will give it a few more weeks and if I do not here I will be contacted higher authorities to escalate my case,
I have them my email address and phone number so they could contact me, no excuses from there part.
