I generally always book my own holidays, but for anything long-haul or specialist, I always use Alex. I have now booked five holidays with him, always recommend him to friends and contacts, and will absolutely continue to do so. He has always been fantastic, but his support on our most recent trip was truly exceptional. Just 36 hours before flying, my travel companion received a "not fit to fly" medical note. I reached out to Alex, and he stepped in immediately. He worked efficiently and compassionately under intense time pressure to rearrange the entire holiday for us, saving what could have been a devastating situation. I phoned and spoke with Alex - he listened to what I wanted to arrange and he arranged it exactly - no hassles or excuses!

Luxury caravan was tired and dirty, carpets and furniture was very stained and smelly.
Kitchen utensils were sparce the grill did not work and the oven was well used.
The twin bedrooms were so claustrophobic.
I presumed an 8 berth would give us space, definitely not
Calling out of hours because an alarm kept going off, the loud noise stress out my dog. I had to climb on a chair and dismantle it, untill the maintenance man came the next day.
The clubhouse the muddy duck, cancelled event and close the bar during the day a whim, bad management.
Overall a horrible experience.
Mersea island is a lovely place to go for a chill.
