When our flights were cancelled at short notice due to the war in the middle east we thought that our holiday was ruined. Charlotte and Hannah were brilliant and went the extra mile to rearrange flights and get us there. They always responded immediately to any emails, questions or requests from us ..we have booked with them again as we know the level of service is second to none

So far so good. great deal on our package holiday. very organised, professional and price was extremely competitive with the assurance of ATOL and package regulation protection.

Hopefully the holiday itself goes smoothly and they can be just as good in their support for us

I received an email at the weekend informing me of the closure of the Chester branch which I am devastated about as I should have been going in over the next few weeks to book Asia with Jane. Jane has booked all our long haul breaks over the years and has given us a personalised professional service and this is why we don’t use anyone else. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none and receiving this news was so sad for all the staff but Jane really went above and beyond with every enquiry/holiday that we booked. Jane is the best travel agent we have ever dealt with and we holiday multiple times a year. Jane has been in the industry at least 30 years and I really hope you kept this travel diamond in your company so we can continue to book holidays.

My wife and I have previously booked our holidays with many travel agents over the years, as we are now both retired we have experienced many travel agents over these years.
We can honestly say Jane Brownbill has been the best travel agent we have ever booked with.

Have used Travelbag for a number of years, great communication and always very helpful.

Assisted by a knowledgable and enthusiastic tour operator (Paul Jeffries), who listened to our ideas , suggested more and then developed a great itinerary.

My first time booking with Travelbag was rescued by Gareth. I called the local Cheltenham shop and spoke to Nicola who took all my details and what we wanted and advised I would hear back in a week. I heard nothing and then phoned again, left messages - still nothing....so I phoned the main line and spoke to Gareth in Chester shop, since then my experience has been very different - attentive, extremely responsive - completely different to first experience. This is a very special trip for us so was very disappointed with experience to start with but Gareth has changed this and rescued my experience with Travelbag and secured our custom.

Advice and service was informative, helpful & friendly. Katie spent time coming back with differing options.

Angela at the Knutsford branch was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area we are travelling to. She was patient with our numerous questions and changes in the itinerary.

From start to finish...Jane Brownbill. Jane helped us book a holiday to the Maldives. However, due to the Iran crisis, we subsequently had to cancel. Even so, Jane helped us through the process with warmth and professionalism. I would have no hesitation recommending Travelbag and Jane to others, for its only when things go wrong and become stressful, you really find out what a person& companies values really are.

I popped into my local Travelbag shop. I had not booked a holiday for many years and felt apprehensive. My agent was excellent - friendly, supportive, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble for her. A credit to the company.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday- a 5 night safari in Madikwe, South Africa followed by a week in Mauritius. Travel, hotels, staff, meals, trips all first rate. Had been organised so well and everything went very smoothly. Angela in the Knutsford office was fantastic even down to the small details like arranging birthday cakes in both venues. Highly recommend both her as an agent and also the whole trip!

Beyond fed up is the only way to sum this up.
Paid deposit based on itinerary and quote supplied. Was then asked for a further £1500 due to availability of accommodation.
Now I find the flights aren’t the flights I was told. Different times and different airport!
How can I be told one thing only to be booked on something I have not approved or agreed on?!?
I have never experienced this in my 30 years of booking a holiday.
Worried that a dream holiday that we’ve been saving years for is going to be a huge disappointment and now I have declined quotes from other companies.
