Best At Travel Anmeldelser

I have been using Best at Travel for many many years and always had a wonderful experience until now. At least 3 weeks ago I emailed and left 2 voicemails and no one returned my call. Phoned a week later and spoke to someone. Informed them that I wanted to book a 3 week holiday to Thailand and told them where I wanted to go. I was informed that it would take a few days to explore this with their Thailand specialist. This has turned into 3 weeks and I have heard nothing back from Best at Travel. So disappointed as I’ve booked Dubai, America, Sri Lanka, Maldives with them to name but a few

My agent was very helpful and when I realised I had made a mistake, he rectified it straight away. Defo best travel agents when booking a holiday.

Neil was superb. Took all the effort right out of my hands and handled everything for me. I could not argue with the price. Everything was simple, easy and streamlined. Thank you

Billy was very patient given the delays which beset our planning. At no time did we feel harrased or pressurised into making desisions regarding cost or itenery.

A fabulous experience. Booked with ease, Neil was brilliant, will definitely ring him again for our next holiday and recommend him. Last minute, great choice, very helpful.

Excellent prompt service, very helpful and informed. Lauren was superb.

This company was amazing in what they did for me and my mum. This in turn made for a fantastic holiday! Thank you.

I have used Best at Travel a few times and find them professional, responsive, with expert knowledge and sound expertise and always looking for the best deal for me - so well done again Best at Travel 👍

Very polite and helpful, excellent service and price.

Booking such a special and valuable holiday through a specialist travel agency makes such a difference. It gives you that extra reassurance and peace of mind, knowing that you have someone experienced who understands the destination and is genuinely there to help.

Anjam was absolutely exceptional. He was extremely helpful, patient and went out of his way to find the best possible deal for our dream Maldives resort. I had quite specific requirements, and he took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and searched for the best option rather than simply offering the first deal available.

I really appreciated how attentive and reassuring he was throughout the process. For a holiday as special and valuable as a trip to the Maldives, having someone knowledgeable and trustworthy on your side makes the whole experience so much easier.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Anjam and the agency. Fantastic customer service and a real commitment to finding the right holiday for their clients. Thank you, Anjam, for helping make our dream Maldives trip a reality!

I have always had excellent
Service from all the staff.

Very prompt, knowledgeable and also an excellent service this is our second time booking through Luke.

Very fast quote. Vishali was determined to be the most competitive quote and she was !
A little bit pushy - ringing at 9.30am Sunday morning to follow up (!) but I did understand that the airfares don’t stay constant for long.
Very fast & efficient. Would recommend,if you know what you want, do get a quote from Best at Travel.

Excellent customer service from Lauren, quick replies to queries and secured us the perfect holiday.

We’ve just returned from the most amazing holiday and honestly couldn’t recommend Best at Travel enough!

This was our first time booking a holiday package through a travel company. We got several quotes, and while Best at Travel wasn’t the cheapest, the fully tailored package and personal service they provided made all the difference. We actually changed parts of our original plans based on Warren’s recommendations and we’re so glad we did, as those changes genuinely helped make the holiday what it was.

We travelled to New York, Las Vegas and then took an incredible road trip to Los Angeles. The hotel choices were fantastic. We were right next to Times Square in New York, stayed at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, experienced Route 66, stayed in some amazing hotels around the national parks and travelled through the trip in a Jeep Wrangler.

Our LA hotel was also perfectly located, with views of the Hollywood sign and just around the corner from Hollywood Boulevard. Every part of the trip felt well thought out and carefully planned.

A huge thank you to Warren for putting the package together and for the amazing customer service throughout. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and the advice we received was genuinely invaluable.

We had an absolutely incredible holiday and will definitely be booking with Best at Travel again. Highly recommended!

Again Monica just fabulous !

Warren was really knowledgeable and took great care to book hotels which suited our budget and preferences as a family with teenage children. Great value and level of service. Good selection of flights.

My father put me in contact with Best At Travel and I was really impressed. Lauren was excellent, providing all the details I needed. Will definitely use hem again.
