Beautiful products with so much care going into not just the products but the packaging. The scents are beautiful. My only wish is that the spray bottles could be purchased individually, for me this... Vis mer

Great items but the website is awful
Some great items but the website is awful. Discounts not applied, links don’t work. I’m so frustrated I’m looking at alternative companies

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’ve experienced issues with the website and found the discount process frustrating.
With regards to discounts, our website can only accept one discount code per order, . We’re sorry if this wasn’t clear when placing your order.
We also apologise for the issues you’ve experienced with links not working. We’ll certainly take this feedback on board and look into this further. We really appreciate your comments and hope we can improve your experience with us going forward.

They don’t care about keeping good customers
A little disappointed tbh. I’ve bought 3 starter kits one for myself, one for my mum and one for my sister. I’ve ordeeed two sets of refills and I’ve ordered numerous wax melts. I loved this company so much however after ordering my 2nd lot of refills I accidentally
Smashed one of my bottles. I called and spoke to Liz who tried to help but unfortunately they wasn’t willing to send me a new green bottle as a gesture of goodwill, I was willing to pay the shipping. Thank you Liz for trying I do appreciate it but I won’t be shopping with them anymore.
Thanks for ur reply but what u offered was for me to buy a new bottle at the same price with no refill. So for me it wasn’t much of a gesture of goodwill, I am being very honest in my review. I loved your company but my family and I will find another company that value their good customer. I don’t want to spend money with people that don’t value my custom. All for £10

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re really sorry to hear that one of your bottles was accidentally broken, and we completely understand your disappointment.
We’re pleased that Liz was able to assist you, although unfortunately, as the bottle was accidentally damaged after delivery, we’re unable to provide a replacement free of charge. We did offer the starter kit at the reduced price of £10, but we appreciate that this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for.
We’re sorry to hear that this experience has changed your opinion of us, particularly as you’ve previously supported us with several orders. We really do appreciate your custom and are sorry we couldn’t offer a resolution that met your expectations.

Gifts for Friends
I ordered two of the Gift bundles, Life is Beautiful & Spring Showers. Both are such lovely scents that it’s going to be hard to actually give them away to friends!
Each came with the attractive bag & super little charm. Just to advise I have purchased the Reed Diffuser in 4 different scents but have only used one since about 15 June & still going strong, so they last a long time. My next purchase will be floor cleaning.
At all times advised of progress of delivery.
Carefully packaged.
I would have no hesitation to recommend Ava Mayfair.
