I was extremely cynical about this. I'm not a fan of the Vetiver (overpowering) and don't agree that all the scents are particularly long lasting although they are pleasant enough and it's nice to have variety. However. This stuff cleans! I am really impressed. I had mouldy tiles at the back of my sink and it's gone. I have no idea how but it actually works really well and in the big scheme of things is excellent value for money. I have just cleaned my double glazed windows and the frames look like new. The cloths are worth buying on their own by the way.

Unfortunately Purdy and Figg appear to have initiated a practice of sending important emails notifying you that your subscription order is about to be generated disguised to look like marketing emails for new products.

By doing this it increases the likelihood of it being missed and preventing you postponing or cancelling as is your right. Instead of ‘ Your order is about to be generated’ they send ‘ New scents coming soon’ and info regarding your order is much further down the email. They hope you will keep it now it’s arrived. I had to send the order back but they charged £3 original postage plus my £4.75 to return, which they refused to refund. It appears clearly designed this way and so I consider this very dubious business practice.

The products are nice enough but this type of business practice will do them no good in the long run.

I reached out on Instagram to explain only part of my order was delivered. I received the remainder of my order with no fuss.Muriel was very helpful and polite .

Nice scent, but poor performance and unacceptable delivery experience

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Purdy and Fig.

To start with the product itself…yes, it smells nice. However, as a cleaning product, it’s not particularly effective and simply isn’t worth the hassle that comes with ordering it.

The bigger issue is their use of Evri. I have clear delivery instructions for parcels to be delivered directly to my door, and I pay for a concierge service for my own convenience, not for delivery drivers to ignore instructions.

The Evri driver refused to deliver to my door despite my concierge asking them to do so. Instead, they were rude and left the parcel at reception. That level of behaviour towards staff is completely unacceptable.

Because of this behaviour, I have refused to accept the delivery. The parcel remains with the concierge, and I have asked for it to be collected and returned.

Purdy and Fig’s response has been equally disappointing. They asked me to sign a form stating I had not received the parcel and didn’t know where it was, which is factually incorrect. When I amended the form to reflect the truth, they rejected it and insisted I submit false information to say I didn’t know where it was. I will not sign anything inaccurate.

Overall, between an ineffective product, poor customer service, and unacceptable behaviour from their courier, this has been a frustrating experience. I will not be using any company that relies on courier services that treat staff this way.

I wanted to love it. Products not great. Tried to cancel subscription repeatedly. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Stay away. 🥺

I love this product. Not only does it smell great but it works. The seasonal products are great too. I use it everywhere but I do still have to use a separate limescale remover as it isn’t tough enough for that

Without doubt an excellent product but marketing sales web site is without doubt close to the wire inertia subscription selling
It is fat from clear when you order that you are signing up to a repeat subscription and when challenged they do not like it one little bit

If you get caught out challenge in writing and at the end of the day if paid by credit card go for charge back

You can often do this with ease on your online app with the bank
In the even you get a refund minus the delivery at least you know never to order online from them again and share on social media

I contacted customer services as I’d been sent the wrong set of aromas. I received an immediate response from Nino who despatched the correct items straight away. Thank you Nino for your help and five star service.

Absolutely love this product.
The glass spray bottle is great, and actually sold me over plastic using alternatives.
The scents have all been lovely.

Due to a problem with the courier, my order was delayed. Once I let them know, customer service couldn’t have been more helpful, Immediately re ordered for me and even included a complimentary cloth as the yellow one had sold out. Thank you.

Made my first order a year or so ago. I’ve just purchased this for bathroom too now. It’s really effective cleaning power, I love knowing I’m not using all those chemicals, and the fragrance has injected a little bit of joy into cleaning. I’m not a natural enjoyer of cleaning, so this is very welcome!

Love the products they make my house smell amazing. And recently had experience with customer service. Thank you to John in particular who made a stressful situation quickly resolve with a friendly manner. Couldn’t fault the service!

Excellent response times and customer service.
You get a different colleague every time you reply to them but it doesnt matter as all are equally as helpful.
Products are lovely and feedback is listened to too. I had previoulsy asked for a new bathroom fragrance (not that i dont absolutely love the lemongrass one) and now there is one.

Great customer service ,thought i mistakenly signed up to a subscription which i didnt intend too it was checked for me by Joneth and received email almost straight away confirming i hadnt.
Very polite and if i needed help in the future to contact for support.
