Confusing listing for starter pack
I liked what I received. I ordered the bathroom starter kit - but I think the listing was misleading as it seemed to imply that you would get two bottles of concentrate with it but you do not. You only receive a bottle and a cloth. I had to email to ask for the two bottles of concentrate - they might need to have a look at their listings.

Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention. We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the products you received.
We sincerely apologise for the confusion caused by the bathroom starter kit listing. This was due to a technical issue that resulted in the product not adding to the basket correctly. We appreciate you taking the time to contact us, and we're glad we were able to arrange for the missing concentrate bottles to be sent to you.
The issue has now been resolved. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to welcome you back again soon.

The products smell great, are attractively packaged, and ship quickly. The only negative is the floor cleaner leaves a bit of a residue.
