Excellent Company.
My products arrived promptly and were in good condition. Beautifully packaged. The wax melts smell lovely. The floor cleaning package cleans well, and a good size spray bottle. The shell and teapot ceramic wax burner are of a high quality. The tea lights are a good size too.

Commande jamais reçue après plus d’un mois d’attente. Et surtout, aucun retour du service client malgré plusieurs sollicitations.
Aucune information, aucun suivi, aucune solution. C’est tout simplement inadmissible pour une commande passée et payée.
Expérience très décevante. Je déconseille fortement cette boutique.

Outstanding quality home fragrances . Hotel luxury at a fraction of the cost. Scents that fill the home all day. What I love are the different coloured bottles with matching cleaning cloths ( which are the best I’ve ever used). Delivery is very quick too making the whole experience feel more personal . Smears Gallore!
I purchased the glass cleaner and reed diffuser in the same scent. Smells amazing, but the glass cleaner creates smears which are VERY difficult to polish out. Took me over 30 mins to clean 1 large mirror on my wardrobe door and yet, there are still smears. Will be using this as a general cleaner going forward as its like a cardio workout trying to get this product off glass. Much cheaper and more effective glass cleaning products on the market which are also non toxic.

Svar fra Ava Mayfair
We appreciate you taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding the glass cleaner. We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with smearing and the effort required to clean your mirror. We understand your frustration when a product doesn't perform as expected, especially when it comes to a task like cleaning. We are always working to improve our products, and your comments about the cleaning performance and the comparison to other non-toxic options are valuable to us.
