I find AutoDoc excellent
I find AutoDoc excellent. Excellent choice of OE brands at much reduced prices. Their email helpline was also useful when in a jam. The only slight downside is shipping can take 10days but for the value I couldn’t honestly complain. Trevor

Excessive postage on returns
I ordered a range of parts from Autodoc. The parts when they eventually arrived did not fit my vehicle despite the fact that Autodoc said that they were suitable. When I asked to return them the postage cost which I would have to pay to return the parts was almost the same as the value of the parts, since they were heavy brake discs and other parts. I will not be using Autodoc again because their website is very inaccurate as to what parts will fit my car. I will be using Mister Auto instead who have a no charge return policy and accept returns with no restrictions.

Please note that by registration number you can only limit the list of parts to parts that fit your car model. The final check for compatibility is possible only with the help of the OEN (Original Equipment Number). Before placing an order, you should check the OEN indicated in the description of the item.

Shoddy customer service
Ordered parts for my car via the website using car registration as you would with any car part retailer in Ireland. The site confirmed parts chosen were compatible as opposed to earlier on in the order the footnote saying a particlar part(s) were not compatible. They turned up 8 days from order today. Started work on car and quickly realised that the parts were not compatible and went onto their support serbice. Later got an email saying that after their review I could return parts to Poland but at my own cost ( aprox €60) whereas I was charged €15 shipping to me. So got back to support to point out above and was advised through online conversations that I should have checked parts with live chat and by providing OEN or VIN numbers? Spent couple of hours back and forth - Autodoc accept no responsibilty. WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS THAT IF THE OEN/VIN NUMBERS WERE SO IMPORTANT WHY DID THERE SYSTEM TAKE THE ORDER AND PAYMENT. Its not necessary to provide OEN/VIN in any Irish car shop - total poor service. Going for refund through Paypal try and get fairness. Never using them again last time I used them parts were later than the 5-7 days they boast for delivery. Buy Irish Micks Garage for me next time.

Not fit driveshaft, long time delivery , over 2 weeks. Return not free, postage 65€, item price 75€
Customer support don't want pay for parcel which quality very bad, and try pay me 20€ compensation.

Dont waste your money
I don't know how trust pilot is giving tgevrating given the amount of negative feed back. Nearly every part I have gotten from Auto doc has been either wrong or failed in a very short period of time. They send replacements and they fail! It has cost me allot of time and money replacing parts that had been on my car for very little mileage I got from Auto doc. Unless you have absolutely no choice steer clear! Save yourself the hassle.
