its a supper plugins and really Illustertor is very poweful with it.
but the support team is not willing to help when bugs raised or to get some new ideas

I resubscribed to Astute because I was having major issues with a complicated vector illustration I was doing. I have to say that Vector Aid is worth the subscription price alone. I love that plug-in!

Subscription Reminder
The other day was a long weekend here, so banks won't make transactions and I run out of my subscription, ending with 3 straight days unable to use the plugin while the money was going your way.
It would be nice if you have an e-mail reminder for when you are running out so this wouldn't happen, out of that, happy with the product. Thanks

Not what I expected
It's okay; for the price, I was expecting more unique features/functions, textures/brushes/graphics than it has, and am disappointed in the overall functionality of the plug-in. I don't foresee myself purchasing it again in the future.

Greedy company
Does not offer monthly payments, will not allow for individual plugins to be downloaded for less money by tier even though I already paid full price for their stippling plug years ago. Great software, garbage company.

Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to read that you're unhappy with the subscription service. Whilst the vast majority of our customers have been happy with this change of business model, we realise that it may not suit everyone.
Whilst previously a full set of 16 of our plugins (with annual paid for updates/upgrades) was priced at almost $600 USD, the subscription service has enabled us to offer 21 plugins with more regular updates on an annual payment at just a quarter of this price. This has enabled customers better access to all tools.
If you would like to continue using your legacy Stipplism plugin, please do contact our support team and they will be happy to provide you with a legacy installer for it. The Free Trial of our subscription will also enable you to keep 4 of the plugins for free if you wish to try this.

The only reason that I gave 4 stars
The only reason that I gave 4 stars, instead of 5, is about inflation. I absolutely love Astute Graphics Plug-Ins. I have been using the whole suite for 2 years now. And would struggle to work without it now. I started out with Phantasm. And have never regretted upgrading to the whole suite.

Once you go astute
Once you go astute, you can never go back. Very useful tools that I use on a daily basis. I can recommend this to all illustrator users. Some plugins are not for beginners though.
