Great communication, helpful and understanding.

Hi
Good Afternoon,

The case arrived!
I like the look and feel of the product.
However. What an absolutely useless product❗️
The case is clearly to thick, preventing touch screen operation of the screen. Phone signal to is affected. I invite you to place an iPhone mini phone into the case and try to use touch screen technology.
What a waste of money and time and disappointment.
How you have the audacity to claim that this is a first class product and that it is compatible and compliant with the iPhone series, is shocking.

This product has gone into my bin, and now I have to find a case that DOES work❗️
My experience will be listed on trust pilot ❗️

Sincerely

J.S.

Arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, took longer on delivery than expected however it was December so likely caught up in the Christmas rush. Would buy from them again

They had what I needed in stock. It was dispatched swiftly and reached me without incident.

It arrived very quickly and was exactly what I expected and wanted

The team were every understanding and helpful when I enquired about the delivery of the case. The case is very good quality and I am satisfied with the purchase.

Great price. Prompt delivery. Rugged as described and looks great as well.

Nice product. Arrived before Christmas.

The phone case was beautifully made and excellent quality. The only complaint I have is that for the price I was expecting it to come in a case not a jiffy bag. As this was a Christmas present.
I was quite disappointed with this. You may want to look at this from a purchasers point of view.

Great quality lovely looking stylish phone case. Delivery was a bit slow but I did order during the busy build up to Christmas.

Beautiful quality, gorgeous colour

great quality, good communication

Case eventually arrived safely, and it’s great! A few days late but it is Christmas weekend!!

Bought a couple of silicone cases for AirPod charger, both look nice although not tried yet as one a present and one for replacement charger I haven’t bought yet! Colours lovely (grey and midnight blue) Delivery took a while

Great product and price. Delivery took a bit longer than I’d hoped, being just over a week, but after emailing the team they got back to me promptly and kept me informed. Case is ideal for my husband who is a builder so he needs something very strong and robust. Highly recommended company to shop with.

An excellent product at a reasonable price. Free and quick delivery and good communication throughout the process.

Beautiful case, really pleased

The product seems to be good but the link to track the delivery did not work and company did not respond to my contacting them. Parcel did arrive but delivery took longer than expected.
