I have received my order but due to a breakdown with the delivery van sadly the fish died but accidents happen i will be ordering again soon i can't blame you it was a unfortunate accident

All in all a great experience fish arrived safely and are doing well. One small grip I wasn't informed about a stock shortage . I had to make contact to ask why I didn't receive some of my order. But that was successful resolved to my complete satisfaction. I'm looking forward to dealing with you again kind regards Ian w Hall

I’ve ordered from these a few times, but last 2 times fish were missing off my order. I then have to inform them the fish are missing with photos and they will refund. This time fish missing and no one informed me so I sent them email telling them I think this is a con and they knew they weren’t sending these fish, so why not send an email, I think they hope you don’t notice. Just seems strange. Any way spent between 600-£800 with them but my next tank I’m setting up won’t have fish from them.

Great service from Andy and the team I put in a fair size order was kept up to date and everything was tracked and arrived when I was told it would, couple of fish were too small to go in my large tank and Andy happily sent a little larger. Will definitely buy from here again thanks guys 👍

I ordered 12 chilli rasboras, 1 grid clam, 2 kuhli loaches and 4 duplicareus corydoras. The order arrived on time and well packaged. I cant fault the team there. However I was missing 2 chilli rasbora and the grid clam. Okay things happen, I emailed but then read reviews so reached out via WhatsApp. Andy responded promptly and refunded me the difference, great customer service. It wasnt until today that I realised I'd been sent 4 panda corydoras instead of the duplicareus that I had ordered. I reached back out and was given a second partial refund, although I couldn't fault their customer service I would not order from aquatropics again. Currently left with a school of pandas that I didnt want and a lonely duplicareus that I thought I was buying some friends for.

Clear delivery schedule. Arrived well packaged and clearly cared for. We had an issue with one part of our order. which was dealt with quickly and with understanding.

I did give 1 star as the fish we order was in such bad shape. Going to give it the benefit of doubt that it could be a one off thing maybe. Things was slowly being resolved between us but delayed replying it was hard . I refund was agreed in the end and was in my bank within minutes. As for the fish I dont think they will make it. Alot of errors in the way the fish is shipped. All in all im hopping I was just very unlucky and had such a bad experience. We originally ordered as they have really good rating too.

This is the second delivery I have had now first delivery I bought a pair of rams one was on deaths door died next day. So sent email said they would replace. Pair of datum altom angels one of them came stunted with dorsal fin in 2 pieces. Second delivery no ram as promised. 6 scissor tail rainbows one on deaths door. Advert said between 1 and 2 centermeters. They are not even a center meter. Far too small for even my smallest aquarium. So now stuck with one half of a pair of rams. Iam not paying £20 delivery for one fish. Can't contact them don't answer phone, emails or messages. They have just lost 3 customers as my neighbours won't be buying from them either. I am realy upset with the datum not a cheap fish and not worth breeding from.
