Have made several orders from these guys and as a Killifish breeder I have been very pleased with the quality of the fish they have supplied. Communication is a little slack as from the order placement you might not hear anything for a few days but delivery has been on time and very well packed

Don't bye any discus from that person
Don't bye any discus from that person. I order 2 blue sankeskin. I got delivered a completely white fish just one.when I go to collect other one in 2 hours travel I ask him why is so white? The answer was because It's in a bag.!!! I have a picture of my other discus that are younger but more colourfully. DONT BUY ANY DISCUS FROM THAT PERSON. You will get delivered white one for whatever you order

Svar fra Aquatropics London
Hi,
We’re sorry you were unhappy, but this review does not include the full circumstances. Young Blue Snakeskin Discus naturally show less colour than mature fish and can appear very pale while stressed inside a transport bag. Their colour and pattern normally develop as they mature and settle into a suitable aquarium.
We explained this when you collected the second fish and also raised concerns about whether the aquarium conditions were suitable for young Discus. Nevertheless, we offered you a full refund if the fish were returned to us, but you declined this offer and chose to keep them.
We tried to resolve the matter fairly and professionally, and our full-refund offer was available. We therefore kindly ask that you update your review to include these important facts.
Thanks,
Andy
