The fish i bought( dumbo ear guppies) are fantastic, the delivery was good, and the customer service has been. Defo use again

I have had several orders now from Aquatropics and I can thoroughly recomnend them. Fish arrived safely, well packaged and have acclimated nicely, all are healthy and feeding well. Aquatropics have a good website, lots of info on fish care, water parameters, suitable tank sizes etc. They have good species selection, a range of foods and more. Thank you.

Well run company went above and beyond to help me with my Fish tanks and Fish couldn’t be more happy. That’s a very reasonable price plus delivery.

I ordered some vampire crabs and i have to say it was easy to order online and when received they were individually packaged in a small tub with air holes in the top with a tiny piece of sponge like material soaked in water also in each pot, the husbandry they show is second to none.
Every crab ( 6 in total) was in perfect condition and all are doing well in their new home.

All the fish I've received from you are doing well,the only complaint I have is that I was very disappointed with the long fin rosy barbs,they look nothing like the photo you have on your web site

Fish were of superb quality and the price was fantastic. When ordering, I was given an estimated delivery date, and the delivery was on time. This was my first order of live fish online, so I was a little nervous. I’m thrilled with my fish and won’t hesitate to use AquaTropics again. The staff even selected a female apisto macmasteri for me, after I requested this in the order notes.

Very impressed with how well the fish were packed. They all seem healthy and are actively feeding and moving around the tank well.
My only reason for the 4 star is that the order took quite a bit longer to arrive than I expected, but that may be entirely my over expectation?
I would certainly consider using the company again.

Very happy overall with the quality of the fish I received. They were shipped via a licensed courier, arrived on time, and were very well packaged.

I ordered 50 of the same fish but only received 35. I was then asked to provide a video of the unboxing, which, quite frankly, was the last thing on my mind while trying to safely and quickly transfer them to there new tank. Fortunately, I had taken a photo of the sealed bags, which confirmed that 35 fish had been received rather than the 50 ordered.

I spoke with Andy, who reviewed the photos and advised that only 35 had been sent due to quality control or other potential concerns. I appreciate that the health and quality of the fish should always come first, and the fish I did receive were in excellent condition.

Overall, as I’ve only ever purchased fish online from Tropco, I’m very happy with the quality of the fish and the shipping service. My only criticism would be the lack of communication beforehand. If an order needs to be reduced for quality-control reasons, it would be preferable to be informed before dispatch where possible. This would have allowed me to make alternative arrangements or delay the delivery, particularly as I’ll now have to pay an additional delivery charge to source the remaining fish.

Despite this, I’m pleased with the fish I received and would be happy to purchase again.

Great service, fish exceptional quality and very competitive pricing. Also very good contact. Arranged delivery came straight on time. Thank you. This is the second time we’ve used Aquatropics and will definitely use again when purchasing more fish. (Another aquarium needed first though). Website is also extremely clear and super easy to use! Hope you can add Apple Pay as an option soon.

I was a bit nervous ordering fish to be shipped from London to Aberdeenshire, especially with a 20+ hour journey, but Aquatropics absolutely exceeded my expectations. The packaging was outstanding — very secure, very professional — and all the fish arrived healthy and settled in quickly.

There was a minor mix‑up with a couple of species, but the team handled it brilliantly. They were friendly, responsive, and processed a refund straight away. They also took my feedback on board, which I really appreciated.

Overall, the fish quality, packing, and customer service were excellent. I’m very happy with my order and will definitely be buying from them again.

I have just received the second order for fish from Aquatropics and have been more than happy with the condition of the fish.
Aquatropics supply young healthy fish.They arrive packed to the highest standard and settle in my tanks quickly. I have not had any problems with the condition of them at all

I will be putting another order in shortly and urge you to try this company as you can find all sorts of interesting and unusual fish on their website. They are also cheaper than my local fish shops so a double whammy

I received a dying male betta with fin rot. That arrived in a broken leaking tub. I did not even get the fish I asked for either I asked for a half moon betta and received a veil tale betta. I have had many bettas ‬ before and I’ve only had a problem with buying from this fish shop. Do not trust
them. Update I got my refund for my male betta fish.

Fish arrived safe and well. In good condition .
I was missing a female fighting fish . Emailed them was refunded with no hassle. Had an email apologising about missing fish . I will definitely be using again and will be recommending too.
