Got my 2nd Order and Not got what I wanted.
When it Comes to Guppies.
They don't know what they are doing.
I Ordered a Yellow Tuxedo Male Guppy.
Got a different Guppy.
I Ordered gold Cobra Male Guppy and got a red one.
Assorted Female Guppies But they were all the same not Assorted at all.
They did the same with my 1st order.
Sent me the wrong Guppies.
So if you are Ordering Guppies Don't expect to get what you Ordered.
I will not be using them again.

Brought two angelfish both came with damaged gills both died within a couple of weeks all other fish in established tank fine asked for a refund and was ignored will NEVER use again!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

A huge selection of fish. In very good price, especially multi buy. Everything was very well packaged.
The fish are healthy and I hope they’re happy in my aquarium now.

I ordered 18 chilli rasboras, only 12 sent and one arrived dead
I have messaged and emailed and after several days they got back to me refunded the money for missing fish as well as the dead one
Fish that did arrive are healthy

First off i got very healthy fish cant go wrong in that department anyway all downhill i ordered fish then noticed the AI so out my fish i ordered and 2 where not compatiable so whatapped and Andy changed it for me, the fish came and out of £230 of fish i got 1 Elotti ordered 4 and 3 plecos thats it so got intouch sorted it out once again wrong fish missing fish i got £31.62 refund for 2 chocolate cichlids and to get the yellow parrot fish that was missing i need to order again to get it free which brings me back to the first order i forgot to put 2 blue map angles in so paid 2 deliveries for 1 box delivery Andy gets back to you very quickly he knows exactly what to say and puts your mind at ease like saying i will pick these fish personally because it was wrong first absolute bs Andy, we as customers put our trust in your company and with our money the fish i got to the fish i ordered is nowhere near what i spent as iv had rehome fish i didnt sell them gave them away so thanks for putting me out of pocket never again take thats my yellow parrot up in the air now 3 stars for healthy fish

My fish arrived all healthy , they look great despite travelling half the country to the midlands, can't ask for more. Any issues they will resolve , again can't ask for more. Service is good, will be back when these eventually grow.

First time purchasing freshwater fish online, so I was naturally a little nervous about the whole experience. However, Aquatropics UK made the entire process smooth and reassuring from start to finish.

The website was easy to navigate, and finding information about the different fish and products was straightforward. Customer service was excellent both before placing my order and afterwards, with great communication throughout. Once my order was placed, I was given a delivery date, so I knew exactly when to expect my new fish.

The fish arrived really well packaged, with heat packs included to ensure they travelled safely. All the fish arrived in excellent condition, and I was really impressed with the care taken during the whole process. The communication from Aquatropics was fantastic, from the initial enquiry right through to delivery and aftercare.

I made an order with Aquatropics and the experience was tremendous. The fishes were phenomenal and beautiful. When they were delivered I almost missed the courier but when I contacted the courier it came back immediately and delivered the fishes in top shape.

Excellent service everything was packed very well and delivered on time my fish are in excellent condition with no problems i had forgotten to order some fish i contacted them and they added them with no problems i will be using them again

So much choice! Really simple and easy to order what I needed.
My little bristlenoses arrived safe and well. I am happy to report that they are thriving in their tanks.
