I have been using Anycubic 3D printers and accessories, and while I encountered a couple of hardware issues along the way, the level of support I received was absolutely top-notch.

First, I had an issue (Error 11511) affecting Channels 1 and 2 on my ACE Pro 2 / Kobra X unit.
After troubleshooting with support, it turned out to be a hardware fault in the feeder module.
Since I needed to get back up and running quickly, I ordered a replacement part myself while the ticket was open. Once installed, the issue was completely resolved—and to my pleasant surprise, Anycubic's support team (huge thanks to Nelson and Vivian!) processed a full refund under warranty for the part I had purchased without any hassle.

Later on, I ran into a broken Gear Check Board component. I contacted support again, and Teresa from the Anycubic support team responded promptly, arranged a free replacement part right away, and shipped it via DHL. Within a few days, the package arrived, I installed the new board, and my printer was running perfectly once again.

Hardware issues can happen with technical products, but what sets Anycubic apart is how efficiently, politely, and fairly they handle support and warranty claims. Quick communication, fast shipping of spare parts, and genuine care for the customer.

Ich habe mir den Anycubic Kobra S1 Max im Combo-Paket geholt und bin absolut begeistert. Der Drucker hat bei mir mittlerweile knapp 1.200 Druckstunden auf der Uhr und läuft nach wie vor top. Wenn zwischendurch mal ein kleineres Problem auftrat, wurde mir vom Support extrem schnell, kompetent und unkompliziert geholfen. Genau so wünscht man sich das. I’ve been very happy with my Anycubic Kobra 2 Max. I primarily use 3D printing for practical projects—beekeeping equipment, tools and accessories, and replacement parts for things around the house—but I’ve also used it for more ambitious fun projects like printing a Y-wing fighter.

I’ve printed my own custom-designed hive entrance reducers and small hive beetle traps, as well as Boardman feeders and other useful beekeeping parts. Around the house, it’s great for making brackets, adapters, organizers, and replacement parts that would otherwise be difficult to find or unnecessarily expensive to replace.

The large build volume gives me plenty of flexibility, whether I’m printing a large model, making a substantial functional part, or producing a full bed of smaller items. Being able to design something, prototype it, make adjustments, and then produce the finished part at home is incredibly useful.

Print quality, speed, and reliability have all been very good, including on longer prints, and automatic leveling makes setup straightforward.

For anyone interested in 3D printing as both a practical tool and a hobby, the Kobra 2 Max offers a tremendous amount of capability for the price. I’d absolutely buy it again.

my printer had a problem with a wire, and took me only a short conversation in a forum to get a new kit for free (saved something like 20$ which is a lot for a wire in my country)

I contacted Anycubic with an issue with my recently purchased Kobra X . They were exceptionally helpful and responded quickly to my problem . They resolved my issue and I can only say I wish all customer service was like this .

The printer is now completely unusable. The clogging occurs repeatedly during printing, sometimes only a few minutes after a print starts.

I have followed all of your instructions, provided photos, opened support tickets, performed troubleshooting steps, and even installed the silicone modification you sent me. Instead of improving the situation, the problem has become worse.

At this point, I am no longer willing to perform further repairs, modifications, or troubleshooting on a printer that is only a few weeks old.

I therefore request one of the following solutions:

A complete replacement printer, or

A full refund.

Please confirm within 7 days how you intend to resolve this case.

I will not accept further instructions asking me to disassemble, repair, modify, or troubleshoot the printer myself. I have already spent more than enough time trying to fix a defective new product.

The printer is not fit for normal use, and this situation is no longer acceptable.

Great customer service! I had a heating issue with my Photon P1. The support team was highly responsive, always replying within the same day. After a few troubleshooting tests, we figured out the heating vat was defective. They sent me a replacement within a week. Very happy with their speed and efficiency!

I have a Kobra S1 Max and I cannot say that it has been a trouble free 5 months of printing. I have had several interactions with customer support and once I get them the information I need they are quick to describe a solution and if necessary, send me parts. Just wish it didn't take so long for parts to get here.

Ich kann Anycubic absolut nicht empfehlen. Mein Drucker hat seit knapp 3 Monaten einen Fehler und druckt einfach nciht mehr. Der Drucker macht alle Bewegungen aber es kommt einfach kein Filmend. Mir wurden jetzt schon mehrere Ersatzteile zugeschickt, die ich alle selbst austauschen musste – ohne Erfolg. Nach so vielen Steps und Nachbesserungsversuchen habe ich nun gesagt, dass ich vom Kaufvertrag zurücktreten will. Der Support ignoriert das einfach, verweigert die Rücknahme und zieht das Problem mit immer neuen Hinhaltetaktiken und Logdateianfragen usw. in die Länge. Sehr enttäuschender Service! und ganz nebenbei absolut nicht erlaubt. Laut deutschem Recht habe ich nach inzwischen mehr als vier Nachbesserungsversuchen schon lange das Recht, vom Kaufvertrag zurückzutreten. Es wird aber einfach immer wieder vertröstet und dann tagelang nicht geantwortet.

yesterday, They provided me with a link for paying and delivery, worked out fine. not expensiv and delivery will be executed. Thanks for easy replacment order.

I really like the product. I found it easy to use and worked great until it didn't. One error and it ruined not only a print but the plate and hot end. Ordering the parts was pretty easy and the customer service and tech support was good. The shipping took over a month ago that's not good. All in all I still think it's a great machine and has fair tech support.

I've had great success with Anycubic printers. Recently ran into a problem with one of my printers, which they remedied pretty fast. Budget friendly and solid machines. Would recommend.

I had an issue with two of my printers and submitted a support ticket, and as usual, the Anycubic support team responded quickly. The next response included shipping information; overall, the process from submitting the support ticket to receiving the replacement parts took only five days.
I have been an Anycubic customer for almost two years now. In that time, I have purchased ten printers from Anycubic, both FDM and LCD. The quality of their products and the professionalism of their support team are what keep me coming back. I want to thank Teresa for helping me resolve this issue.

Ich kann Anycubic aktuell überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Mein Drucker hat seit knapp 4 Monaten den Fehler 11504. Ich habe sogar selbst auf eigene Kosten ein Neuteil gekauft und verbaut – ohne Erfolg. Der Support ignoriert das einfach, verweigert die Rücknahme und zieht das Problem mit immer neuen Hinhaltetaktiken in die Länge. Sehr enttäuschender Service!
