Sent me a faulty printer ..tried to get help .. on their chat .. agents either don't speak or end the chat 1/2 way through. After not being able to get tech support I opted to send the printer back (within 14 days.)

Same problem no response no help.

Please save yourself the stress don't buy from this company.

Needed to replace a printer head, which was covered by warranty. First shipment was lost, but the second was shipped quickly. Appreciate the quick, helpful service.

I bought a Kobra X in January and started using it in April. It was my first 3d printer. It was never user friendly. The quality was horrible and it died in June. I was never happy with the prints but I thought that's how it was supposed to be. My brother in law is very experienced and he printed some stuff. Not good. I ended up buying a Bambu labs and it's night and day change. Now I do enjoy 3D printing.

My printer had an issue with the print head and they sent me a new print head free. It's within the garantee of course but they could have discussed and challenged the topic a lot and they just saw the images i sent of the print results and almost imediatly said they would send a new one. Always had a good comunication across the process.

Have an issue with my Photon Mono M7 throwing up resin residue error at the start of almost every print, contacted support and had a prompt reply with clear and concise instructions of things to try to rectify the issue, after exhausting all the trouble shooting they said they would send out a replacement strain gauge straight away with links to instructions on how to replace it, even though my purchase was exactly 1 year to the day, they still honoured the warranty. You cannot say that for many companies these days.

Mit dem Anycubic Kobra X bin ich absolut zufreiden und er ist der beste 3D-Drucker den ich in 10 Jahren besass. Leider stört mich an der Slicer-Software, dass nach jedem beendeten Druck eine Bewertung verlangt wird. Diese nervige Funktion lässt sich leider nicht ausschalten. Bitte mit einem Software-Update ändern!

Haben sich sehr bemüht mein Problem zu lösen. Und am Ende war es auch erfolgreich. Dankeschön dafür.

La stampante (anycubic kobra S1 combo) funzione egregiamente e quei piccoli problemini che ho avuto sono stati risolti in tempi brevissimi e con cortesia e professionalità.

Had no issues fir first 200h of printing. When some issues occurred- wonderful support helped solve the issue, so I think it's a good choice all in all

Atendimento agilizado, tive problema no Ace pro 2, e em contato com o suporte, analisaram as fotos e vídeos, e resolveram rapidamente. O problema, irão enviar a placa para substituição.

I got my anycubic photon mono 4 and was super satisfied with it out of the box. I printed a lot with it but suddenly my prints failed. I contacted the customer service and they even answered on a Saturday. I sent a video of the screen illumination and they are sending me a new screen for free now. I'm really happy with the whole process. Also usually everything that says 7 to 14 days delivery time came within a few days for me.

I have been using Anycubic 3D printers and accessories, and while I encountered a couple of hardware issues along the way, the level of support I received was absolutely top-notch.

First, I had an issue (Error 11511) affecting Channels 1 and 2 on my ACE Pro 2 / Kobra X unit.
After troubleshooting with support, it turned out to be a hardware fault in the feeder module.
Since I needed to get back up and running quickly, I ordered a replacement part myself while the ticket was open. Once installed, the issue was completely resolved—and to my pleasant surprise, Anycubic's support team (huge thanks to Nelson and Vivian!) processed a full refund under warranty for the part I had purchased without any hassle.

Later on, I ran into a broken Gear Check Board component. I contacted support again, and Teresa from the Anycubic support team responded promptly, arranged a free replacement part right away, and shipped it via DHL. Within a few days, the package arrived, I installed the new board, and my printer was running perfectly once again.

Hardware issues can happen with technical products, but what sets Anycubic apart is how efficiently, politely, and fairly they handle support and warranty claims. Quick communication, fast shipping of spare parts, and genuine care for the customer.

Ich habe mir den Anycubic Kobra S1 Max im Combo-Paket geholt und bin absolut begeistert. Der Drucker hat bei mir mittlerweile knapp 1.200 Druckstunden auf der Uhr und läuft nach wie vor top. Wenn zwischendurch mal ein kleineres Problem auftrat, wurde mir vom Support extrem schnell, kompetent und unkompliziert geholfen. Genau so wünscht man sich das. Von mir gibt es eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung und verdiente 5 Sterne! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

quero agradecer ao ótimo atendimento suporte da ANYCUBIC pois foram super atenciosos e prestativos , demostrei o o problema apresentado e prontamente me orientaram a fazer alguns procedimentos para constatar se era defeito, após identificar o problema me mandaram a peça de reposição me demostraram como trocar e a impressora ficou melhor que antes , super recomendo a marca Anycubic

I’ve been very happy with my Anycubic Kobra 2 Max. I primarily use 3D printing for practical projects—beekeeping equipment, tools and accessories, and replacement parts for things around the house—but I’ve also used it for more ambitious fun projects like printing a Y-wing fighter.

I’ve printed my own custom-designed hive entrance reducers and small hive beetle traps, as well as Boardman feeders and other useful beekeeping parts. Around the house, it’s great for making brackets, adapters, organizers, and replacement parts that would otherwise be difficult to find or unnecessarily expensive to replace.

The large build volume gives me plenty of flexibility, whether I’m printing a large model, making a substantial functional part, or producing a full bed of smaller items. Being able to design something, prototype it, make adjustments, and then produce the finished part at home is incredibly useful.

Print quality, speed, and reliability have all been very good, including on longer prints, and automatic leveling makes setup straightforward.

For anyone interested in 3D printing as both a practical tool and a hobby, the Kobra 2 Max offers a tremendous amount of capability for the price. I’d absolutely buy it again.
