Drucker:
Solange er lief, war er super. Mir ging von heute auf morgen der Drucker einfach kaputt – ohne Vorwarnung, einfach so!

Support:
Freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber nach 3 Monaten und mit viel Zuarbeit meinerseits gab es immer noch keine Lösung. Der Fehler ist immer noch da!
Sie möchten keine Rückerstattung oder einen Austausch des Gerätes machen – stattdessen soll man immer wieder dieselben Sachen machen, bis es mit viel Glück einfach funktioniert!

Mein Fazit:
Wenn ihr alles auseinanderbauen könnt und ihr die Zeit und Lust dazu habt, dann warum nicht? Wie gesagt, der Drucker war super.
Wenn ihr jedoch einfach nur drucken wollt und keine Techniker sein möchtet, lasst ihr am besten die Finger davon.

The first delivery of my order, a Kobra X, went relatively fast, about 3 days. Unfortunately the item did come with a little defect, where the motherboard seems to have been fried due to cabling issue. Customer service contacted, the response was prompt, I received the spare parts, built them in, and now the printer is alive! I am excited to start creating. Thank you Anycubic team!

I'm very happy with the quality of the customer support right now. I'm with Anycubic since 1.5 year and its was not at this level at the beginning, but right now they are very quick to answer and they offer a great solution for my problem. I'm VERY satisfy :)

Der Anycubic Support ist einfach spitze! Hatte Probleme mit meinem Drucker und mir wurde sofort weitergeholfen und ein Ersatzteil geschickt. Jetzt läuft er wieder wie eine eins. Selten so einen guten Kundendienst erlebt!

Amazing support!! I don’t write reviews usually but have been very pleased with Anycubic. I have a Kobra X and when I got stuck the support team was fast and quickly helped resolve an issue proactively. Thanks team very much appreciated!

I am very positively surprised with customer support. My K3 Max had malfunction after 4000h of printing. As support they sent me new serwo motor and motherboard for free. It was shipped directly from China, so took up to 2 weeks, but was completely for free. If I ask them for other spare parts or accessories, they add them to a e-shop, so I can purchase it easily. Very good printers, very good customer support.

Todo perfecto sin problema siempre atentos a los mensajes se preocupan por los clientes de verdad hasta que no sé encontró la solución ellos paso a paso lo arreglemos cambiando piezas nuevas muchas gracias de verdad

Customer service responds fast and suggests great troubleshootings steps with easy to follow guides. Turned out that my LCD panel was broken, they sent a replacement immediately and got a T&T code right away. Thanks Obi!

Viele Jahre mit verschiedenen Anycubic Druckern gearbeitet. Überwiegend gute Erfahrungen, allerdings wurde mir jetzt ein defektes Gerät zugeschickt und der Support antwortet seit Monaten nicht. Habe mehrfach angefragt, höflich, aber keine Reaktion.

Ich besitze den Anycubic Kobra S1. Für mich ist das der Beste Drucker den man sich vorstellen kann. Ich hatte bis jetzt noch kein einziges Problem. Alle drucke makellos. Weiter so.

Respuesta rápida del servicio técnico, traspaso 2 o 3 correos electrónicos y recibir respuesta muy rápidamente todo se ha solucionado.

I had an issue with my Anycubic Kobra X after a firmware update. The nozzle started scraping the build plate, and it took some troubleshooting to figure out what was going on.

I contacted Anycubic support and they were really helpful throughout the process. They listened to my findings, looked into the issue, and even offered to send me a replacement print head to help identify and fix the problem.

Really happy with how they handled the situation. Great support and definitely appreciated!

Anycubic has GREATLY stepped up on Customer Service. Best I have had from any company. Very happy with them.

A company needs to figure out why the S1 Max nozzles clog all the time. It's ridiculous, you can't even do a print. It's just clogs, use small stuff. It's okay, soon as you do. A big one. Can I not finishing it now? I'm stuck with this thing.

There are a few things about mechanical devices such as 3D printers that really need good technical support. I have 5 (yes, 5!) Anycubic 3D printers, and their support makes it easy to choose them.
For the event I'm reviewing, I have been running my Anycubic Kobra S1 Max hard using ASA filament, and there was a problem with the build plate material coming off. I took a picture, sent it to them, and they said that they would replace the magnetic plate.

Support after the sale is key to keeping customers. Anycubic has me as a happy customer of theirs because of their service which is above and beyond, and, quite honestly, should be expected.

First off the printer is amazing then if any issue arrives fast customer support. And fast replacement parts if those are needed. Thanks Teresa I appreciate it. Been printing with the Kobra max 3 since December of last year. And have got some pretty good prints from it.
