It’s been a great pleasure to have bought my new built home with Anwyl homes. Declan the site manager has been a brilliant manager. He looks after you during the whole process and after completion as well which is great as you’re not left hanging even after your completion. Sarah has also been a superstar throughout the process. I appreciate all the help from the team. Once again thank you Sarah and Declan. Definitely recommend buying your dream home with Anwyl homes as they are the best.

Great experience with Dec at Whittlebrook Park, ensuring our snag list is being taken care of. He updates us and chases contractors when needed. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and he’s always polite and quick to respond

Richard was ace, did a great job and was quiet and respected the property at all times

Tony is professional, friendly and does a great job. He fixed the problem with our bannisters and left it looking really good. He definitely puts the needs of the customer first! It was a pleasure having him round.

Declan was very easy to get hold off, he always responded promptly to queries. He's very friendly and will do his best to help.

Josh Hough, did an excellent work from start to finish, very professional, reliable, and great attention to detail, the job was completed to a high standard, and I’m very happy with the result.

Excellent service provided to rectify an issue in my home. Both Tony Murray and Chris Appleton attended at different times to ensure the issue was addressed and rectified. Both were extremely professional, extremely polite, helpful and represented Anwyl impeccably. Bluesky Plumbing were also excellent, as has been the case previously. Thank you.

Since we have moved to our new build house there have been multiple issues that needed fixing. The customer service, Sarah taken care of Whittle Brook park has been very helpful at addressing the issues and resolving them. Thanks a lot Sarah.

My snagging issues were tackled by Chris Appleton today, and I am delighted with the job he's done. He was courteous and helpful and worked very hard to achieve a great result.

Thank you to Josh Hough from Customer Services who came promptly on request to attend to our rear door handles and lock assembly. They were making crunching noises and sounded like the lock system was about to fail. He quickly identified the damaged handle internals and source replacements. The door work better now and we are good for another couple of years at least.

Avery big thank you to the 2 gentleman from the customer care team, Richard and John, for the works they completed in the house today. They were very professional, courteous and kept us informed through the day of the works schedule.

We have had a great experience with snags and the site manager chasing the contractors up often to ensure we get the worked booked in and done quickly.Thanks to Dec the site manager at Whittlebrook park who is always on hand to answer questions and support us through this proccess.

Tony Murray was round today and he was excellent. He did a fantastic job and was a top bloke.

I was really happy with the work Josh Hough did last Tuesday. He came to repair parts of the wall and ceiling following a water leak from the upstairs bathroom a few months ago.

He carefully sanded and repainted the affected areas, and the result looks great. The paint has blended in really well, and you honestly wouldn’t know there had ever been any damage. Josh was friendly, professional and took real care with the work. I’m really pleased with how it turned out and appreciate the care he put into it.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Anwyl throughout! Gyllian was extremely helpful and took a chance on me through my difficult mortgage process, her and June were also very helpful and on-the-ball after the mortgage offer was accepted and Dave and the builders have constructed an extremely high-quality home and responded to the very few snags with great efficiency. Beyond happy in my first home, couldn't ask for a better experience or better people to work with.
