An extremely poor service from this company. The original job was completed by Leigh. Looked great initially but it developed a few small bubbles so we made contact with him. He agreed to return and explained it would probably be a job he could do at the end of the day after his other jobs. Our initial contact was 9th March and to date he has still not attended, nor has he made contact with us.

He failed to attend on two occasions and made it difficult by not giving us confirmation and being unable to give a time. On another occasion, again, as he was unable to confirm a time, or if he was even going to attend, we had to advise him to leave it as a family issue had arose. However, as on previous occasions, I have no doubt whatsoever that he wouldn’t have attended anyway. We then messaged Leigh with our availability for the future as we thought this would make it easier for him. Still nothing!

Throughout this time we have made numerous calls, left several voicemail messages and sent many many WhatsApp messages. In the main he has just not responded, but we have also been given excuse after excuse by Leigh. We have remained patient and polite throughout, despite the fact that we have so obviously been lied to.

We will not be contacting again as we no longer have the car, but I would not recommend this company to anyone given the appalling treatment we have received.

Customer service should be at the heart of every company, but in this case, it clearly isn’t.

Michael came to do 2 wheels for me today, he was excellent and did an oustanding, careful job despite the 30+ degree heat and blazing sun. He phoned the night before to confirm arrival al time, arrived early and was very clear about the process. How I wish all tradesmen were this good and all round nice

Gary Hart visited us to carry out a number of cosmetic repairs to our car, he was a most personable and professional person, who carried out the fixes to an excellent standard.
Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Rhys messaged ahead to advise his arrival time and on arrival, to repair a stonechip on the bumper, he was polite and was clearly technically competent. The repair looked perfect with no visual indication that a repair had occurred. A very satisfied customer.

Toby was superb. He managed to repair my car in difficult circumstances (I am a headteacher parked in a small car park with lots of building work going on, too) but he was very positive and patient but also extremely thorough. The quality of the work was excellent- thank you, Toby!

I required an alloy refurb as one of them suffered a nasty curb and I was seen by Mick Shelly who came to fix it. Mick was great! He was an hour early (which would be great to know ahead of time, but in this instance it wasn't a massive issue), he was efficient (told it would be 45mins but he was done in 30), he was really friendly and just a joy to have met.

Mick's work was flawless! The alloy looked brand new!

I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Mick Shelly at Insurance Approved Smart Repair. He repaired a scuffed diamond-cut alloy wheel and a paint chip on my car, and the results are absolutely outstanding. You genuinely can’t tell there was ever any damage.
