Age care bathrooms were superb throughout the process. From discussing our options for the space to final implementation

Thank you to the Age Care team for the bathroom installation in West London for my disabled father. We felt the team took care to understand his needs from the outset. Barry was very thorough during the design meeting, and Molly was on-hand to offer us a suitable slot and discuss any queries. Jonno, Paul and their team worked efficiently to complete the installation within 2 days as promised. We were impressed by the quality of the workmanship and by how tidy they left the flat afterwards.

We placed our trust in Age Care for this project based on previous reviews and their national reputation. We were not disappointed. Speaking to the fitters on the day, I confirmed the claim that there really is a member of the family present for every installation.

We also appreciated the ability to spread payments over several instalments, which was another advantage over other companies.

Thanks to all the Age care team. They understood exactly what was needed to make life easier for my wife’s declining mobility. We are both delighted with our new wet room. The workmanship was to the highest standard and completed on time.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company and the amazing staff. Molly & Chris in the office were incredibly helpful, and the whole process from quotation to installation was seamless.
Paul and the team onsite were hardworking and very pleasant to have in the house. The end result was a fantastic bathroom that will enable my elderly mum to stay safely in her home for years to come.

The whole process of installing our wet room (from deciding the shower/WC /flooring / basin and wall coverings etc) was made very easy following initial discussions with Molly and then on site visit by Brian.
The installation took 3-4 days to complete by Lee and Harry ( who were very easy/personable tradespeople to have in one’s house). Their standard of work was of the highest finish and both my husband and I are extremely satisfied with the end result.
Therefore we have no hesitation in recommending Age Care Company to anyone contemplating a new bathroom/wet room installation using this company.

I engaged with Age Care Bathrooms in early 2021 to provide a solution to update my 90 year old parents bathroom that did not cater for their mobility issues. After I provided dimensions / photos (as this was during lockdown and visits were not encouraged) Amanda was incredibly helpful and developed a level floor wet room solution with grab rails; shower seat etc with CAD photos that I could share with my parents so they could visualise the final look.
The installation was professional & friendly , with considerable care / concern for my parents needs during this time. My parents were delighted with the results and can now use the bathroom safely.
Even more impressive has been the aftercare service whereas on 2 occasions I have contacted them as my parents were having issues with their shower. Paul was able to visit immediately and trace & resolve the source of their issue and more importantly put my parents mind at rest (even though neither of these issues were to do with the installation/ upgrade by Age Care).
I would highly recommend Age Care for any upgrades needed to help any elderly relatives as their bathrooms needs change through age or illness.
My Parents , now both 92, appreciate the wet room even more as their health has deteriorated as it allows them to continue with their independent living

I was delighted with the service provided by Age Care Bathrooms. They completely converted a downstairs room into a wet room. The job was very professionally handled and executed and all done in a day and a half and on budget. I would happily recommend their services to anyone wanting to do similar work.

All together our bathroom looks good,but toilet doesn't flush everything away as these new cisterns are water saving ones,the sink is extremely small so water splashes on the floor,the shower is good and the flooring too,had 2 people out to cistern and nothing can be done,disappointing.

I can thoroughly recommend this company. From the visit of the surveyor to the sales office and to the installers everyone was polite and friendly. The finished bathroom is everything I hoped it would be.

I think it is hard to find a company that actually does what it promises. But Age Care Bathrooms really does! Firstly when you hear a company say “a family run….” You go “yeah right” but this company actually is! And it is run with such care, consideration, help, patience and warmth it is amazing. From start to finish. We have had the coolest bathroom ever installed for my wheelchair using husband and the whole process has been joyous! Thank you!

The workmen turned up on time, made quick progress with the work, were clean and tidy, polite and very helpful. The total conversion of our bathroom was completed in just two and a half days. The job was left clean and all rubbish was removed.

So we recently worked with the Age Care team and were blown away with the overall service we received, communication was great, consultation with the client was ideal and the installation of the new wet room was carried out professionally and with the minimum of disruption.

From initial contact with the company to completion of work carried out in the bathroom could not be more satisfied. Very pleasant staff to talk to and very professional in the way they conduct their business. The fitter never stopped working from the time of arrival to when leaving in the early evening. I have had my walk in shower for over a year. It is so safe and easy to use and clean. Age Care UK did a proper survey, told me what they proposed to do and they did it. I have wall boards in the vicinity of the shower (so no condensation) and special non-slip, easy clean flooring. I also had a new loo ad vanity unit. The workmen were a pleasure to have in the house.
