We were completely satisfied with the service we received from age care bathrooms from the initial meeting to final snagging. We found them helpful, punctual, professional and polite with a “can do” approach when delivering the agreed bathroom alterations.
The initial survey developed a design that covered our requirements and explained exactly the work involved, materials used, costs and time frame expected.
Before work started the team were open to changes, answering detailed questions about the design and explaining if, how and when it these could be achieved. Communication was easy both by telephone and email. It was a pleasure to talk to people who you felt took a personal interest in the process. It showed an excellent standard of customer care and obviously all were technically on top of their game. We would like to name check some people but feel it would be invidious in case we missed someone as everyone we had contact with would deserve a mention.
The team that arrived to actually refit the bathroom were beyond excellent. Ensuring we were consulted at every stage in the process. Skilled professionals and very nice individuals, they completed the work leaving us with a high specification room that looked as if it had come straight out of a brochure. We cannot speak too highly of them both as technicians and people.
In conclusion everybody we had contact with connected to “Age Care Bathrooms” would receive a 10 out of 10 score. The finished bathroom met and exceeded our expectations, so again a 10/10. Having sampled their work we would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who wants a professional, hassle free, good honest experience.

I have just been looking through the reviews before writing mine! I can assure you, they are not too good to be true! Everything went according to plan, work was done quickly and efficiently, job completed in three and a half days, en-suite room built and fitted and it looks great, so easy to use. I only got it done just in time, I have deteriorated dramatically since it was finished just before Christmas 2023. It cost considerably less than my local firm!
The men were all super, left everything clean and tidy each night and explained everything I needed to know and happily answered any questions.
Have had some extra rails fitted since it was finished, no problem there either.
As for Molly on the end of the phone or email, I can’t say enough good things about her! I caused her lots of problems but she was always quick with her response. Be nice to her, you don’t want to lose her!
Thank you Age Care Bathrooms, I would recommend you to anybody, already have! Everybody who has seen my ensuite have said how good it is. Being “aged and infirm” does have some advantages it seems!

I cannot recommend them enough both in terms of pre order with Mollie and Paul’s expert fitting. He was very patient with my husband, did a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I had my bathroom transformed into a wet room and the result was brilliant. I was consulted all the way through and the house was left tidy after every visit.
Excellent work with no cause for complaint!

During the surveying process, we were captivated by the promises offered especially about how minimum maintaining the bathroom for the elderly would be. And how quick and easy the ordering,installing and workmen-ship. All promised were delivered except maybe overselling the maintenance in particular not having to clean the walls, algae proof which in hindsight we should have known would still need wiping and is technically not easy for the elderly. But the gadgets and modern looking rails made it safe. The work was done within 3 days. We did have an issue with the cupboard door which was not completely fitted well and therefore leaked water from the tiny sink to leak in and cause discolouration but the cupboard was replaced with no extra cost and fitted well this time. The sink is really tiny as we were not shown a physical size of it. Wish we had seen one so that we could have changed the sink during the selection process though they did say they could for the extra cost which made sense but for the time and extra work again.Still the bathroom looks amazing just it is not without having to wipe down and mop daily as the tilt on the floor is less acute and we have to place a towel to prevent water
pooling, which is not elderly friendly but we are getting used to it. Everybody was friendly, and correspondence was always prompt.

I can't recommend the company highly enough. From planning to completion the service was excellent. They listened to what we wanted/needed and did the work quietly and efficiently. They left each night having completely tidied up , almost as if they hadn't been. We are really pleased with the result and now my husband can shower without help. Thank you for providing a safe wet room.

The staff were professional and courteous . Very considerate, left no mess and cleaned up after each day , I am so pleased with the adaptations made to my bathroom , this has changed my life for the better : Enabling me to stay as independent as possible within my own home . I feel much safer , I would highly recommend this company .

From the initial contact with Age Care Bathrooms, we were impressed by the level of service we received. They took trouble to understand what the issues were in relation to the old bathroom and specific solutions were incorporated in the new design. Adjustments and tweaks to the design were made helpfully. The surveyor was sensitive to my 92 year old mother’s anxieties and was able to address those concerns so that by the end of the meeting, she was beginning to feel excited about the prospect of no longer having to climb over the side of the bath to take a shower! The ordering and paying processes were straightforward and we appreciated having a confirmed fitting date straight away. Lee who fitted the bathroom, carried the work out very professionally within the 3 day completion target and to a very high standard. The old fittings and rubbish were taken away and the flat left clean and tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending Age Care Bathrooms. The House Manager asked for the Company’s card and one neighbour has already asked if she could take a look at the finished bathroom.

My mum loves her new bathroom! Perfect finish and even the shower and water pressure is better. Great work and very fast! Highly recommended.

The level of service has been fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble for them and Amanda had a great understanding of our needs and was very willing to make serval alterations as we went along. The fitter was a very hard worker and was very clean and tidy and done a top quality job. After sales service has also been very good. This has to be the best company we have ever dealt with.

Age Care Bathrooms were willing to take my order although I only wanted the existing wet room floor replaced. After fifteen years, it had torn where there was a small step down to the level of the wet deck.
When Sam the Surveyor's visited, I was pleased to hear that the proposed work was going to be done in the way that I wanted. Sam explained what would happen on installation day carefully and there was a wide choice of flooring colours to choose from.
Jonathan came to fit the flooring. I was pleased with the high standard of his work and that he managed to make a more gradual slope to the wet deck. Consequently, it is easier for me to get out of the shower area to the rest of the wet room in my shower chair than it previously was and the doors around this enclosure fit better than they previously did. Jonathan tidied up after himself, leaving the wet room immaculate.
From my initial contact with Mollie, through phone calls with Amanda, discussions with Sam and the fitting work done by Jonathan I have been treated with politeness,patience and felt that all concerned had a genuine concern that I received the best service possible which culminated in the achievement of the best result. I can recommend Age Care Bathrooms without reservation. The whole process of having a new bath/shower fitted and a general refurbishment of the bathroom was excellent. From my initial contact with the office (Amanda) through the planning process (Brian) to the fitting out of the bathroom (Owen and Lewis) everyone was pleasant and helpful. The fitters were remarkable. They worked very hard and produced first class work. They also went out of their way to help us with two ceiling lights which we can no longer reach that needed attention.
The finished bathroom was a pleasure to look at and a delight to use.

I used Age Care when I needed a mobility for my gran urgently. They were responsive and everything was completed within 2 weeks from my first call to the finished bathroom. Every one I dealt with from my first phone call to the fitters were helpful and friendly. I would definitely use them again and wouldnt hesitate in recommending them to friends.

Excellent customer service - patient and helpful. Everything went according to the plan, quick fitting date and 2 days to install a walk-in shower. The delivery of materials and disposal of bath etc went smoothly. The fitters were considerate throughout. Yes we would recommend Age Care Bathrooms.

We are really pleased with our new toilet and basin which was fitted with care and attention to detail. Took the old set away and left room clean and tidy.

Age Care are very difficult to fault, helpful, responsive and no messing about. Mollie was so helpful in working out the final design, gave time to reflect any changes we made were not met with a negative vibe she wanted to ensure we were 100% clear with the spec.

Lee was the gentleman who undertook the majority of the installation of our wet room, polite, professional, approachable and his work ethic was just amazing. I don’t often write reviews but I would recommend Age Care to any and everybody, the project has helped us to better look after my father and support his health needs and Age Care really understood what we were trying to achieve - much much appreciated

Kevin and Lewis were amazing, very professional, tidy, polite and my mum felt at ease with them.
