Very helpful from start to finish even when plans were altered half way through, they assisted and adjusted as needed and got the job done. Lovely polite engineers who carried out the job and left everything clean when they had finished.

After quite a serious accident, my mother required a complete re-fit to her bathroom. Without Age Care, I don’t think I could have remotely managed a project like that. All the staff at Age Care were knowledgeable, professional, patient through the process from the initial site visit, designing the new layout, choosing the materials, fit out and snagging. I cannot recommend Age Care highly enough. The workmanship is exceptional and they went out of their way to do the extra bits that we needed. I would 100% recommend and trust Age Care Bathrooms and say they’re worth every penny.

The company were with us every step of the way. The work done was top class and the walk in shower is perfect, just a ,bit of cleaning up after but then again that is only to be expected cos some of it was our mess as well. Would recommend them to others and if I need to, use them again which I don't think I will need to do

My experience with Age Care Bathrooms has been excellent and I am really enjoying my new bathroom - although, like another of your reviewers, I find the necessity to wash the walls unexpected and a bit of a chore for an elderly person. However, the quality of work was excellent and all staff, fitters and office, have been helpful, efficient, and friendly. I was impressed by the multi-skilled workmanship.

Excellent from start to finish. Our small bathroom needed updating and with us both not getting any younger we decided to have a wet room for ease, convenience and comfort. Barry the surveyor talked us through the process and then Scott and his team arrived on 6th January and transformed the bathroom in 3 days! The outcome was superb and eedless to say we are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend AgeCare to anyone wanting to do similar.

Brian the surveyor was very helpful, gave invaluable advice on the design. Lee worked continuously installating the wet room and toilet doing a very professional job. Consulted during installation where items were fitted. Explained how all equipment worked. Removed all the waste and cleaned before leaving. A minor issue, the toilet seat is not quite central.

The people were pleasant, helpful, professional, did what they said they'd do, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and provided a first-class service and product (walk in mobility shower) at a decent price. Most impressed!

Age Care did a wet-room refurbishment for a family member who lives in a care home. This company was as good as all the positive reviews report them to be. The workmen did an excellent and speedy job, with very little disturbance to the routine. The main person on site was sensitive and helpful at all times. I highly recommend Age Care to anyone who wants to re-do their bathroom.

From the initial site survey through to completion, this company are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everything is made super simple to understand. The team are fantastic. Mollie on admin, Brian who did the site survey. All fantastic. But Lee who did the fit, absolutely first class. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you want a company you can trust from day one, that do an outstanding job, this is the one. Absolutely A*

Fabulous service from beginning to end very pleasing experience

Jonathen was a great man and grafted hard for 2and a half days mainly on his own we are very pleased with the results.it has made a big change to our bathroom safety.thankyou regards to him before he heads off to the Philippines.

Reliable. Always on time. Worked without stopping. Answered any queries we needed answers to. Cleared up everything and took it all away.
New shower room looks wonderful. A transformation.
Only bugbear is the new carpet gripper we have to avoid, as we kept tripping on it.
Lee made a great job and in such a short space of time. And Paul doing electrical stuff was great and helped advance things along.
Would highly recommend.
