Why would you accuse us of providing the "wrong tracking number". The tracking number we sent you is correct. And why "so long"? This wasn't long at all! You are lucky you got a backorder so fast from Yamaha. Our website clearly said Yamaha - PLANE BEARING, CONNECTING ROD, Part # 6JD-11656-00-00 was on backorder when you placed the order. So why would you be frustrated now? Because you didn't look at what you are purchasing? Maybe you are just frustrated with yourself. What's really frustrating is random customers talking out of their ass making nutty accusations.

This site is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with, and this is coming from someone who spent half his life in a third world country. Their website shows items in stock when they are not. If one of your items is not in stock, they will back order it, and if you attempt to cancel due to waiting a week with nothing being shipped out, they will charge you a 20% restocking fee. If you complain, their customer service will literally insult you. Examples: "we never offered overnight shipping when you ordered (did you think it was an "oversight" for us not to offer that? I mean use just a tiny bit of logic". "If you send another dumb email like that you will be blocked from emailing us.". If you need Parts fast, I suggest you look elsewhere.

My 1st order was cancelled by them. There reason was it was they had the wrong price. They raised the price online I repurchased it and then get an email that it is back ordered and it will ship 7/23/2022. I emailed 7/31/2022 asking if it had shipped. 1st email asking and get this reply. "Once the order ships, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
It won't make it any faster if you keep asking, we have no control over when Yamaha releases the backorder.
If you don't want to wait, simply let us know and we'll gladly cancel the order." Very rude. I cancelled and placed the order else where.

I went to get an ignition switch for my Triumph, after someone had tried to steal it and wrecked the barrel, and wanted to check stock, so I fired Adept an email, and was met with sarcasm and statements like "obviously it's there, so we "have it"" I went to say that this isn't how a customer should be treated and they proceeded to say that I have a little brain and blocked my email as spam allegedly. Fun times, either way hope they get shut down, they are terrible.

I ordered a part on June 2, 2022. The website says ships in 1 to 2 business days. On June 28 I inquired about delivery and was told the website says 3 to 4 business days and it must be ordered before 11:00 AM. When I wrote cs that the website says no such thing and was the time 11:00am est or pst. I got this condescending reply. "By the way the world doesn't run on your time zone... We aren't in NY. Our servers are not in NY and our website STILL shows accurate information. Yes, 11am PACIFIC TIME not EASTERN TIME. This may also be a hard concept for you - but it's not that complicated" and that I cannot read. I rechecked the site then and today and it still says 1 to 2 business days with no set time. I have never been treated this way by any company I did busiess with.

Also a word of advice - when you are contacting customer service on any website, there is absolutely no need to waste your time making screenshots of that website. We can 10000% guarantee that not only do the people working for that website have web browsers and can simply look at the page, they have also seen it all before and don't need a picture of the website.

Hi Kenneth, your order contains a backordered item (Honda - CLIP, SUB-WIRE, Part # 32901-MA1-000), as shown at the time of purchase and as you have clearly seen on our website when you checked your order status prior to sending this email. The current ETA for this item is 7/22/2022 - also shown on our website when you checked your order status 4 times on our website - so you knew this answer as well before emailing us.
If you want to cancel this item, please let us know. Otherwise we can keep the item on backorder and ship the order as soon as the backordered item becomes available.
So we are not sure if we understand your question correctly - "When is my order going to ship" - on it's face you already knew the answer to that before emailing us, so maybe we are missing something in your question or not understanding it.

Does not justify"? What is this - a moral argument on how you feel we should do things because it would make you feel better? Are we in kindergarten and you don't feel it's "fair"?
Let's put it in simple terms you can understand. First you need to realize - we don't owe you anything - ONLY what we offer for sale. As in you purchase product, we send it to you - that is the contract.
Now, you ordered several items, and paid a flat rate of $8.50 for shipping, and what we offer for that is to ship all the stuff you ordered to you in ONE shipment. That is what we offered. At no point did we offer multiple shipments for a flat rate of $8.50.
And of course we CLEARLY showed you availability BEFORE you placed the order. So you as a customer can decide whether you want to order it, whether you want to wait for a backorder, or not. It was completely your choice to purchase what we were offering...
So here are the options -
We can cancel the 2 of Honda - CLIP, SUB-WIRE, Part # 32901-MA1-000 and ship the rest.
You can pay another $8.50 and we'll gladly make 2 shipments for you. We can even ship each item separately for you if you like, each one $8.50 to ship. Whatever you want.
We can cancel this order and you can go do this somewhere else.
and please let's not go back and forth with these inane emails. Just give us the option and we'll do it. As we made clear in the first email, we are clearly aware you are not doing this in good faith, because you asked "When is my order going to ship" while clearly knowing the answer to that. And frankly we just don't have time to play these types of games with customers like you. We aren't desperate for customers, and especially ones like you who don't do this in good faith, but rather to spite or get something for nothing. We don't need it or want it. We just sell parts.

Didn’t end up ordering from them and glad I didn’t after reading this. I emailed because I wanted to double check stock.
Their response was “There is a reason we show availability on our website - do you want to guess what it is?”
My response “ Thanks I’ll take your word for it.“

I asked very nice about when my items would ship. I got a very ignorant answer. I said I would no longer purchase from their site. I got the most rude email in return. Stating that my business is not needed as they have survived 10 years doing things. Also the only item I cancelled was a back ordered item. I still ordered all the rest. Here is their exact email.
What are we going to do without that order - may as well just shut our doors after 10+ years in business without your order now.
That's ok - we prefer you just order somewhere else - because we aren't really looking for customers who waste so much of our time and then end up canceling half their order anyway. It's not worth it to us and not having customers like that, only helps our business.
99.9% of our customers just order and we fill their order never even exchanging a single email. Those are the customers any business wants. Not the ones that send 10 emails making you jump through hoops for them and in the end it's just a loss (even with that $18). We can assure you no one will "enjoy" it - you must think you are our only customer and $18 is our entire profit for the year. Customers like you are truly funny to us with your tiny minds. All sound exactly the same - like children.

Canceled part of my order because they ended up not having dropped my order below the free shipping threshold (I order from them because it was cheapest if I got all parts from one place). I ordered some parts for my bike. Once i got the confirmation email, it stated that the parts will be shipped out in 4-6 business day, which means that this company doesn't actually hold any of the components that they sell on hand and simply will use drop shipping from wherever they obtain their components from.
When I attempted to cancel the sale, they charged me 20% restocking fee for components that they haven't even shipped yet.
This company is a scam.
That's how they make money by charging ridiculous restocking fees on components that they don't even have. I would rather pay a few bucks more and buy my parts from reputable retailers of which these people are not. Lesson Learned

Placed a order for motorcycle parts, received a email saying order was shipped. I checked the tracking number for 8 days said “usps waiting for packing to be dropped off by adaptpowersports” contacted adaptpowerspoarts was told it’s been shipped out. Asked for a photo proving it was shipped out, never got one. Called them they got extremely nasty over the phone, contacted my bank they started a fraud investigation and I won the case and received my money back! Horrible company, they lie, don’t order anything from them

After waiting 3 weeks for my parts I emailed to cancel the order. I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee. DO NOT order from these liars, the parts are not in stock and are back ordered. If I had a zero stars to give them I would. Spend your money elsewhere.
