Pathetic customer service
Very unprofessional customer service. Just look at their response to 1-star reviews on Google. Sad that they think they can be that disrespectful to customers. When the common denominator to your negative reviews is your attitude, maybe it's not the customer.
Tracking showed a shipping label was created on my order and the item was still at their warehouse 7 days later. Their response shows me they don't really care about customers and their owner is insecure and childish. I'll order anywhere else for the next order.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, abusive return emails when asking about order status, holding up big orders for no real reason -I'll never do business with these bozo's again. Deal with them at your own risk, and be ready for ugly responses if you have questions or issues. Here is the last email I got from them:
"Your order is canceled. Your email address is blocked as Spam.
If you got Triumph - SEAT INFILL, MLDG, LHS, Part # T2309023 from somewhere else, they may have had it in stock from another customer like you who canceled an order. That's the only way they'd have it. And you are probably lying about that because why would you send an email to us today asking for order status if you already have the parts? instead of just asking to cancel the backorder? Because you are just lying and not sure why - you are one of thousands of customers we have, we have no personal relationship with you, and you don't need to lie to us. No one knows you or cares.
You have a lot to learn buddy. Good luck"
customer service personality issues
I ordered a seat cushion for my yamaha boat. They had the best price i could find ($167) with free shipping on orders over $99. After I paid and received confirmation I got an email stating that their was a freight charge for this item and I would have to pay additional for the maximum freight charge to be adjusted at the time of shipping. I called customer service several times , left messages but got no response so I emailed suggesting there must be an error because the cushion is much smaller and lighter than what their site said constituted an oversized item. The response was very rude accusing me of only reading the part of the paragraph that I wanted and highlighting the pertinent which said 'or odd shaped package requiring special handling'. I was told that shipping from California is very expensive (they are located in Sarasota). When I asked how a rectangular box is irregularly shaped he/she cancelled the
order and said he/she blocked my email. I checked Yamaha in Cal and shipping fee for item was $14 but the item was over $100 more. I guess they suck you in with low ball price and then add hundreds for freight. After reading these reviews I think they insult a lot of people when they communicate directly with them. However they seems to be making a good living because there are a lot of satisfied customers. Shame they can't get someone in customer service with more people skills. Seeing how long this has been going on I suspect there may be some enjoyment in trashing people.

Diagram was not clear so I did not order exactly what I needed. When I emailed to question, this is the response:
seems you are having a hard time using our website - please go to the actual diagram page where it's full screen instead of clicking on the thumbnail picture. You can even zoom in to it when it's full screen and see a huge image of the item.
Of course if you walk back from your computer screen 50 feet, you'll also have a hard time.
Too bad you are insulted, instead of just being a normal human being who can admit they don't know how to use a computer and asking for help - we would have gladly helped. Instead you accuse us of doing something wrong or somehow sending you something less than you ordered. The normal thing to do if you think it's "blurry", would be not to order it, but instead send an email and ask. Even if you could not see the diagram for whatever reason, you can clearly read the name of the item, right? Is the name of the item "Panel Set, Rr. Brake" or was that blurry too and it looked to you like it said "brake panel, plus drum plus brake shoes"?
Come on...
Anyway, since you have caused this conversation to deteriorate into idiocy, and start saying we are insulting you and you'll purchase from "another vendor" (as if another vendor has anything different on their website), we'll just block your email address as Spam and from ordering on our website in the future, because honestly - we have when customers put us in a position like this where we got to waste time writing these types of emails (unfortunately you are not the first to blame us for sending the "wrong" part when we clearly sent what was ordered).

Terrible company, will post great prices, gets your money and then needs to cancel days after you order and expect item to ship, classic up charge on parts don’t waste your time shop from Partzilla or any other parts shop.

There is a reason for their 1.5 stars. Like everyone else has said, their customer service is the rudest I've ever seen and most difficult to deal with. Stay away. I made the mistake of checking reviews after I ordered. Never again. I wish there was an option for zero stars.
Out-of-Stock inventory and nasty Customer Service.
Placed an order (Order# 10-311758-209947) only to get an email telling me it was backordered for a month. So, I ordered it elsewhere and emailed AdeptPowerSports requesting they cancel my order. Sheesh, I got a nasty, snide, low class reply lecturing me on my assumption that the part would be stocked and had I been patient I might have gotten the part sooner than a full month. Evidently, 'Support' isn't too ADEPT at anger management. What a creepy site.

Canceled My Order a Week Later
We ordered parts from their website and got an email confirmation that the order was made. I waited then got an email a WEEK LATER that my order was canceled. Why? Because they said that our billing address didn't match the shipping address! Why isn't their website set up to immediately alert a customer online about this? I called their customer service and the lady on the phone said that there is nothing she can do. I asked to speak with a manager and she said, "...you are not an existing customer," then hung up the phone. Horrible business!
If you're 65, you're mentally ill?
I ordered from them and then read reviews. ( Shame on me ). I, then, cancelled the order through Paypal and I received a nastygram from them. These are direct quotes with no grammatical errors. "We are sorry you this mental issue is happening to you. Get better." and, "You see 0.0001% negative reviews from gullible people like yourself" and, "well you should go on and read more reviews and stew in your mental sickness. Average age of "negative" reviewer for our website is 65 by the way."

These guys were unable to process and ship my order within their advertised period. After contacting customer services I found them to be the rude, unprofessional people that the other reviews on here also reported. Don't use these guys; they can't fulfill their orders and act like d*cks when you contact them about it.

Ordered a part that was in stock and two months later it showed up. No emails about delay or conformation about the purchase. Now I am putting up smart ass and snarky customer service trying to get an RA. Do not buy or deal with this outfit, you will not be happy

Worst customer service ever kusy insults and belittled you never got my parts and now wants to charhe 20% restocking fee for something they never shipped!!!!:Hello please read our email again, at no point did we say it would be "sent by 7/31". We said ETA (from Yamaha) is 7/31. E = estimated, T = time, A = arrival.
An estimate - nothing more, nothing less. We simply provided the information we have from the manufacturer (Yamaha) who estimated the availability to be 7/31.
Now the ETA is 9/25/2022 (from Yamaha).
We are not sure why you are asking us the question of whether you should cancel - if it was up to us, we would prefer if all our customers who have backorders cancel them, because as you can see it's just a lot more work than just selling parts that are available. But because we understand OEM parts are something that you can't just get an alternative for, we allow customers to backorder and wait (as a courtesy). It does nothing good for us. So it's up to you.
Dont need your advice on how we answer emails. Everyone is a customer service director, the best mechanic when they argue about the part they bought, a web designer when they have an issue on the website, etc. We heard it all. We really don't need any help.
Just let us know what you would like to do with your order.
A childish tantrum (i.e. "you are mean to me so I am going to take all my toys and go"), we'll just let you know the following.
Note: there is a 20% restocking / cancellation fee on all special order OEM parts (does not apply to OEM parts)

Guess what... apparently we've figured out a way to deal with customers who have childish tantrums and waste our time. The restocking fee won't cover the wasted time on this order, but it's a start. This wasn't done by using an "excel sheet", just from years of experience."

You request a return but instead
receive a threatening insulting abusive email from "customer service". When you reply to it, they block your email and notify you.
They may accept your return at their discretion and charge a 20% restocking fee and sell those same parts to the next unsuspecting online shopper.
It's brilliant! Try it.
