¿me están preguntando los satisfecho que estoy con una reserva que se había pagado y me han cancelado?.

¿me preguntan lo satisfecho que estoy cuando les he enviado una queja de la que ni siquiera tengo respuesta?

Me parece que están perdidos en el bosque y no ven ni un solo arbol.
Lo siento pero sera la ultima vez que trabajé con ustedes como propietario de apartamento (tengo cuenta y creados 4 apartamentos) o como inquilino. Usando los dos roles lo único que he recibido es la callada por respuesta.

Update:

we were able to find your booking.
As you know that was not our website to cancel it but the host. Also, even if it is annoying, and we understand it, the host cancelled the booking one day after you did it and 3 months before the check in date.
We kindly ask to amend the review since it was not our fault.

I have been the victim of a cheating through this site

9flats, you gave me Back the money i paid, after you told me that your sistem canceled the reservation for not dupplicating the reservation. You ask me to pay again a new amount of money, 890€!!

A guy named Kristin from your platform sent me all the details! I have the invoice that i have paid the 890€!!!
Please contact me for all this information and give me Back my money!

Dear Catalin,

your booking has been cancelled by the host the day after it has been done. You received an email confirming the cancellation on 19.03.18 at 10:59 (Please check your inbox). Also if you would have logged in your 9flats account you could have seen it as well.
Further the amount you paid to us (€364,28 and not 500€) has been fully refunded on 19.03.18, as you can easily check in your bank balance.

you didn't pay 9flats anything more than €364,28. Probably you sent money directly to someone. In this case it is not 9flats and you should ask her/him directly.
Please be aware that in 9flats, all transaction regarding bookings are made ONLY via Credit Card and online.
I am afraid you sent money not following our platform and also not following the rules and suggestions that we highlight everywhere in the website.

as already written, 9flats doesn't ask money via bank transfer. We are afraid you have been scammed and we strongly suggest you to go to the local Police.
You didn't send money to 9flats but to a frauder, also because no one can send money via bank transfer for any booking.

tolle Plattform!

9flats ist einfach und übersichtlich, um zu buchen. Ich buche seit vielen Jahren bei 9flats und die Buchungen haben immer funktioniert.

Everything went absolutely fine

Everything went absolutely fine. The flat was good and the host just
incredibly helpful and friendly.
The information we received was correct and the advice concerning the part of Lissabon where the flat is situated made our trip a perfect experience.

I booked an apartment and got the booking confirmation. After I tried twice in vain to contact the host via email, it turned out that the apartment was not bookable. The alternatives offered did not match my search criteria.

This in not the company you want to trust with your reservation

If you don't want to worry about your reservation being available when you arrive then DO NOT USE 9 FLATS. On February 5, 2018 we booked a two bedroom apartment in Melbourne from February 22 to February 27. On February 20 we received an e-mail reminding us our stay was soon and to print out all the documents. At 6 pm February 22 we arrived at the apartment but no one was there to give us entry. We called the phone number on the reservation and was informed the unit was not available because it had been sold! (Really don't believe that) They said they could not help us and we would have to find other accommodations on our own a, needless to say, we paid a lot more because we had less choice. 9 Flats told us they have no control over the owners of these apartments however they have a responsibility to customers to ensure they are dealing with trustworthy clients. We received our money back less $ 18.06 not sure why the difference but it cost us so much more in stress, the new accommodation, and time calling to try and get them to work with us. That's not how you should be spending time on vacation.

It's difficult on your website to choose a flat. When you want to go back from the flat to the rest of the selection you have zoom another time to select the area insted of coming back on the area selection

Apartment owner tried to cheat me by indicating a false location in Amsterdam. Until now nobody from 9flats came back to me or give a sign than my complaint was heard.
Very bad experience.

Dear Beate,

actually you've been alerted that the booking was cancelled and that the fully refund was already issued.
As you could have easily checked, we promptly removed both property and host account since our security department discovered the issue.
this kind of stuff, even if really annoying, could happen. Important is that the customer is not losing any cents and get notice in time.
In your case your booking has been cancelled few hours after it was accepted and that time was due to our investigation.
