Kommunikation lief reibungslos, das Mietobjekt war so wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte

We spent a week in this apartment. Can't imagine more convenient and authentic location.
Everything was as described in the site. Facilities are very good - you have all you need and you feel at home.
Special appreciation to the hosts of the apartment - Azim and Mani - guys you can totally rely on them. They are always there when you have a problem or request.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

das einzige zu bemängeln ist die schlechte telefonische Erreichbarkeit. Per Mail an Support bekommt man aber sehr schnell Antwort

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung ohne negative Apekte.

Todo limpio, el trato muy agradable, sólo que eramos cinco y el apartamento tenia solo un baño, y además habia demasiadas cosas por el medio. la zona tranquila, y enseguida, con transporte, estavas en el centro de Lisboa.

Sehr übersichtlich, viele Angebote, sehr gute Beschreibung!

Chose accommodation in June, contacted host to ask re services last week. He replied he had no booking, had I made a mistake? Gave him 9flats confirmation number but he told me he hadn´t worked with them for years and had cancelled two years ago, which 9 flats then denied but listed "available" alternatives. I chose one but 9flat replied it wasn´t available in fact as the host had forgotten to update availability. They promised refund but haven´t offered compensation, though lawyers think I should press, The resort is 100% full for our dates so our holiday is spoilt. This is the first and last time I go through these people. Hopeless and disorganised, with each party blaming the other, doesn´t make for a successful business.

Tout était parfait et simple . Excellent séjour à Barcelone grâce au site qui est super raisonnable !!!! Pour vos vacances passez par eux ça vous coûtera moins cher pour un séjour très réussi

Do NOT rent a home with these guys. Very unprofessional. I rented a big apartment in NY in April 2017 for a stay in November. They require that you pay the whole fee when you reserve. I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for a difference in price. I contacted the agent (who is not in NY) before our stay and all was fine. ONE day before we arrived he told me that the apartment was SOLD?! and we had to go to another one. The 9flats people contacted me too and didn't know about the supposed sale! They gave us an apartment that was fine but not in the best condition. It was cheaper than the one I had reserved and to this day I still have not received the payment 9flats owes me. They also owe me $500 security deposit, which I still haven't received from the host OR 9flats and it's been 9 months!!! Lots of headache due to their lack of professionalism and caring - obvious from their responses to other bad reviews. They're complete crooks.

The bed is very uncomfortable, and one of the sofa beds is totally sunken, it is impossible to sleep on it.

If you have a car its ok. Otherwise quite far away from the train station.

Ich kann 9flats nicht empfehlen!
Wir (Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern) haben über 9flats ein Appartement gebucht und wurden am Ankunftsort bitter überrascht, als der Vermieter leider nicht am Ort war. Er war dann telefonisch auch nicht erreichbar, bzw. hat uns per Whatsapp mitgeteilt, dass er leider wegen Todesfall nicht in der Stadt sei und uns nicht helfen könne.

Das ist an sich zwar ärgerlich, kann aber passieren. Aus diesem Grunde haben wir auch eine Vermittlungsseite ausgewählt, weil man da anrufen kann und sie einem eine alternative Unterkunft vermitteln.

9flats hat uns dafür in der Bestätigungsmail auch eine Notfallnummer mitgeschickt. Leider war die nicht erreichbar. Auch die reguläre Rufnummer war leider... nicht erreichbar. Per Mail hat man dann zwei Tage später reagiert um uns dann für den ursprünglichen! Buchungszeitraum eine Alternativwohnung anzubieten.

Wir haben uns dann selbst vor Ort um eine Alternative gekümmert und 9flats gebeten die Kosten zu tragen (das Ganze hätte 9flats insgesamt 100€ mehr gekostet). 9glats hat abgelehnt und dazu auf die AGBs verwiesen.

Nachdem ich meinen kleinen Kindern nach einer anstrengenden Reise erstmal erklären musste, dass sie leider 2 Stunden auf den Koffern sitzen müssen, ich mit Händen und Füßen mit Passanten reden musste (wir sprachen die Landessprache leider nicht) und mehrfach die Bandansage “nicht erreichbar“ bei der Notfallnummer hören musste, kann ich nur dringend von 9flats abraten.

Seiten, wie booking.com oder fewo-direkt kümmern sich um ihre Kunden! 9flats schickt einem dann auch noch pampige Mails!

Buchung und Unterkunft waren sehr gut.
