We have been working with InterLIR for several years to lease our unused IPv4 subnets.

Everything is going smooth, our subnets are permanently leased at the right price, and support has always been responsive and efficient (on the rare occasions when we have needed it — mainly for questions rather than malfunctions).

We highly recommend InterLIR and will continue to make business with them in the future.

Great place to lease IPs

Great place to lease IPs. They have always been prompt in communication and strive to remedy any situation that arises. We have worked with them for years now and have seen their progress and they continually strive to make their platform easier to use. They listen to feedback and implement changes and features as they are able to.

I find them to be much easier to work with than many other competitors that we have also done business with in the past. We will certainly continue to work with them going forward.

Slew of issues with this company

Slew of issues with this company. We started off with an LOA that was not accurate to ARIN whois.

Next up, 2 ranges that were leased to us were still being announced elsewhere.

The final kicker - another range was blacklisted on Spamhaus (~60/256 ips).

Support is useless. No compensation for any of these things. Steer clear.

About the LOA:
The original LOA was issued by us in accordance with standard procedures. Upon your request for a differently formatted LOA, we promptly prepared a custom version tailored specifically to your needs. Additionally, since you already had a route and valid RPKI in place, you were in a position to announce the prefix regardless of LOA format.

About the announcement:
The announcement in question originated from the supplier. We promptly contacted the supplier, and the unnecessary announcement was removed the same day.

About the Spamhaus CSS listing:
Spamhaus CSS doesn't IP block BGP announcements or basic IP functionality. It typically has no impact on proxy, VPN, or similar infrastructure services — the IP will remain functional and reachable.
We manage a wide variety of IP blocks, and some IP addresses may be blacklisted. resulting from previous clients or prior activity by suppliers before integration into our platform. Each client has different priorities — some care about blacklists, others about geolocation. That’s why all clients are able to view the CIDR on our marketplace and check the IP block beforehand, based on their specific needs.

Additionally, the rental price of such IP blocks is usually lower due to these reputation factors. This reflects a standard market dynamic and should be considered when evaluating IP block quality versus cost.

Regarding the refund:
This case didn't qualify under our refund policy, as there were no issues with subnet announcement. Our support team responded promptly, took immediate action, and provided detailed explanations at each step.

We hope you might consider returning in the future — we’d be glad to ensure a more positive experience.

I expected more correct communication…

I expected more correct communication from the support service, the guys feel too important.
I've been using this for a couple of days and have no desire to continue.

Evgeny communicates in such a way that it pushes away from cooperation as much as possible. He talks about the problems with issuing the network and at the same time says that there is no refund to the balance (I asked for a refund so that I could choose another network), since "you yourself should have understood that there might be problems with this network."

I would not rate this service more than 2 stars, but since support is a separate topic, my rating fully reflects this service - 1 star.

We've reviewed your interaction carefully. Our specialist was straightforward and provided the correct information. Some subnets on our marketplace have a remark that creating an inetnum is only possible on /25. Importantly, the absence of the client's inetnum at /24 doesn't impact the subnet's functionality or its announcement, however, we are available to adjust details such as country or geofeed within the supplier's inetnum, if requested by the client. Also, CIDRs are also visible on the marketplace for clients to verify alignment with their specific requirements before rental.

Regarding the refund request, this situation didn't qualify under our refund policy, as there were no issues with subnet announcement. You were informed that if you aren't satisfied with the subnet, you can always submit a cancellation request effective at the end of your billing period.

We hope you might consider returning in the future. We’d be glad to ensure a more positive experience.

Je possède plusieurs blocs IPv4 que j'ai souhaité mettre en location. En l'occurrence il s'avère qu'un collègue de mon entreprise n'était pas au courant et a pensé une sorte d'hijacking. La défense d'InterLIR : "c'étalt même adresse et le même nom" ok et les gens qui partent leurs comptes?
De plus très impolis. Je suis passé chez un concurrent bien plus sérieux.

We sincerely regret that our cooperation didn't meet your expectations and would like to clarify the details of the situation.

Initially, you provided us with the IP block, which was subsequently rented by our customer. All necessary technical setups, including valid RPKI, routing, and maintainers, were correctly established from both sides, which ruled out even a thought of any possibility of IP hijacking or unauthorized use.

However, after some time, without prior notification, you removed the RPKI records, maintainers, and related routing objects associated with this IP block, directly disrupting the operational stability of our customer's services. Following these unexpected actions, you didn't respond to our repeated attempts to reach you via both email addresses for several days. Ultimately, due to this unanticipated situation, we were compelled to issue a refund to our customer.

Given these serious violations of both the rental agreement and the authorization certificate, we had no alternative but to cease our cooperation.

We remain open to dialogue if you wish to clarify this further.
