We agreed they would deliver our sofa in the afternoon. They then unilaterally decide that they will deliver it in the morning, but only inform us at 5:30pm the day before. Calling back or leaving messages to tell them this won't work for us gets no response and sure enough they turned up at 7am the next day and left it outside. Try to complain and they cut you off and hang up on you.

Adi and son were excellent. Friendly and on time.

delivery was 45 minutes outside of delivery window, one of the items was missing and I am pretty sure delivery men smelled of weed. avoid.

Great experience. Was given a time slot. Keith and his colleague kindly delivered the sideboard into the room and were very helpful. Thanks again!

Just had a delivery at ten past eight in the evening from two black gentlemen who could not have been more polite, thoroughly charming and helpful despite being very tired. If I could give them six stars, I would.

Terrible company - waited in for delivery day, they didn't bother turning up. No call to inform us, nothing. Broken promises and unreturned calls. Late on the second delivery day attempt as well with no communication again. A couple of amateurs - avoid at all costs.

Appalling. Delivery men didn’t want to take item out of van as one said they would not carry it as it would hurt his back. Left (and damaged) item in a communal hallway without permission and left lots of mess.

I eventually got delivery booked for a replacement part originally ordered from The Futon Company for Friday 7am-10am (which was extremely hard work after dealing with the same person on the phone for 4 days and repeatedly having to explain I’m not home until Thursday as he continued to book delivery for Tuesday and Wednesday).
He told me I was the first stop on Friday so delivery would be just after 7am.
10am passed, I called explained he told me it would be around 7am so I’m a bit concerned as I’ve heard nothing, gave my postcode and was hung up on immediately and now my calls are being rejected!
Shocking company would not recommend, I’ve called the store I ordered from and left it with them to deal with.

1st delivery cancelled at last minute. Rescheduled for 2 days later and arrived on time and in good order. Delivery lads were pleasant enough, delivered to my garden as requested and waited for me to check that the items were OK. All in all, no complaints apart from cancellation of 1st delivery.

I’ve had this sham of a company deliver 3 washing machines on behalf of boxclever 1st ones delivered the machine 7am on Sunday morning it was obvious that they had slepted in van overnight they looked scruffy and unwashed! Then when in my house started begging for my eldest son’s cigarettes that were on kitchen counter!! The 2nd pair they delivered another replacement machine did have a clue how to install the machine and flooded the kitchen and couldn’t seam to speak a word of English then the 3rd lot came today with another machine and left the garden gate open which clearly has big signs to keep it closed because of the dog and my sons 11month old English bull dog puppy got out and was running to ward a main road!! This company should rename themselves Laurel and hardy and co

Great communication and timely delivery. They were very considerate and polite as well.

Quick delivery. No fuss. Called prior to delivery with estimated time. Offered to cover shoes (although I said it was ok not to). Took the items to the rooms I asked. We took inventory together. Really polite. Thank you for a great service.

2 man delivery crew was really professional and took my sofa upstairs to the 4th floor which isn't easy. They even took there shoes off which is appreciated. Would recommend highly.

Received a call from Daniel at 9.00am giving estimated eta of 10.30am. The guys actually arrived fifteen minutes ahead of schedule, were friendly and polite, and took the item upstairs for us. Great service from Daniel and his mate thanks.

Waited in all day for a mattress collection arranged by Nectar sleep after it was returned for it's poor quality, was advised off a afternoon 4hr slot, waited no sign no call nothing!

Went bed at 8pm (i start work at 4am) only to be woken up by two guys to collect the mattress YES ON A WEEKDAY NIGHT!!!!!

I sent them packing! What a JOKE off a company!
