Pros at work! Had a very heavy triple wardrobe manoeuvred up some narrow stairs by these guys without a scratch - very impressive

The two lovely gentlemen delivered a headboard to my home recently. They very kindly carried it up two flights of stairs and put it in the bedroom so that I didn’t have to carry it up. They also gave me a half an hour delivery window so that I could pop out to the shops etc! Great service!

Excellent service , kept up to date on arrival time… very friendly and polite … even removed their shoes with out asking

Useless waited in all day for a sofa to be delivered for them to no show window was 11 while 2 then rang when they didn't show up they ensured they was coming to then call back at 8pm to say they wasn't coming

Excellent communication, punctual and efficient. All good handled with care and sympathetic delivery (even removed shoes before coming in without being asked).

The 2 lads were extremely polite and helpful. They brought the well wrapped settee into the house, unpacked it and placed it exactly where we wanted it.
They then cleared up all the wrapping and took it away with them.
They were very friendly and courteous at all times.
These two are a credit to the Company and lead the way in how a personal delivery should be done.

unhelpful at best had a large display shelving unit delivered. Which was supposed to go into the living room, delivery man said they cant do that due to the size and there being a corner to negotiate suggested to take it around the side of the house and through the patio door they just walked away and got in their van and drove off

Adi and Josh were brilliant, kept us informed with a couple of texts letting us no day and times for delivery, excellent customer service, pleasant, helpful and knew there job, took old machine with ease,and fitted new machine with ease, a credit to your company 2 very nice chaps ***** thank you 🤩

Adi and Josh were brilliant. Kept me informed of a slight delay with revised arrival times. Polite, courteous and professional. They got a huge couch into my living room no problem, they've obviously done it many times before.

Had Adi & Josh deliver furniture a couple of times now; always good communication in advance and friendly, helpful service

Very helpful to get 30minute notification of delivery slot. Also phoned to check. Both chaps very helpful waited whilst I checked the bases and mattresses. Asked if I needed it put in place in a room. All went very smoothly.

I took our delivery from 2mandispatch today and unfortunately had a bad experience. On arrival I asked if the beds could be taken to the room of choice and I was greeted with a grunt, to which I replied that I didn’t know what the policy was but was told the room of choice by the retailer.

I had two beds in my order and so I wanted each one delivering to different rooms, which the delivery person, Ire (?) started to do but then left everything in one room. When I asked if they could be moved to the other room he replied “that’s not my problem, it’s for you to now sort”. Given I am 7 months visibly pregnant I asserted that wasn’t very helpful of him and again asked if he could move a few boxes into the other room for me. He refused saying he didn’t care about reviews and actually pushed past me in a narrow hallway. At which point I was upset and surprised that he was shouting at me in my own home.

His partner Hassan was very helpful and kind and obliged to move some boxes for me, probably embarrassed by the service his colleague had provided. I want to call him out for a good customer experience.

Adi and Josh delivered three large and heavy wardrobes today, the parking is a long way from our house and all three wardrobes had to then go upstairs in a tight house/landing. A lot of delivery people would have said no but they just cracked on and got the job done. Gave me a half an hour delivery time window and a phone number to call them if needed, so didn’t have to wait in all day. Much appreciated and highly recommend.

Adi and his son were absolutely amazing. I cannot thank them enough. There is no way I would have been able to lift the wardrobe let alone get it up a wonky staircase! And then put it together, they were great, highly recommend. Thankyou so much.

Brilliant. Went the extra mile.
Given a 30 minute window on the day. They text to say they would be late due to traffic. It was 6 minutes. Built the sofa and took all the rubbish. I don’t know their names but they were father and son. Fantastic.

Adi & Josh were very professional, courteous, well mannered and helpful. Very hard working men who deserve recognition. I would highly recommend their services to anyone! Great team.
