Great delivery - Efficient and Friendly Service

Appalling beyond belief
Appalling beyond belief. Delivering when they feel like not when it was organized. No communication, no answering to emails. Not recommended!
Aggressive delivery driver
The delivery actually started well as they arrived on time and carefully took the futon to the room it was destined for. However, I was asked to sign before I had been given an opportunity to check the boxes. I explained I wanted to check before signing to be told they didn’t have time for that, even though it specifically said in the email that I would be asked to check I was happy with everything before signing. I noticed that one of the boxes was damaged so I said I wanted to open the boxes. At this point one of the delivery men became quite aggressive and I felt I needed to get my husband as I was getting a bit worried by his behaviour. My husband came and we checked the contents but the same man continued to be very agitated. In the end they left without us signing. We then received an email with a link to provide feedback, but the link doesn’t seem to work. Not sure if this is a coincidence or not! Anyway, the experience was very unsettling to say the least. I am just glad my husband was home as I was left feeling quite upset by the behaviour of the second man. The website also says they will take packaging and recycle but they left without taking it.

My furniture arrived on time, was unpacked and rubbish taken away, experience was smooth and the delivery team was very polite and respectful! I would recommend Jonas and Graham.

AVOID
I can't believe that reputable companies use this delivery company. I wouldn't even give them one star. I contacted them as we were expecting delivery of some garden furniture but hadn't received a timeslot. The vile, aggressive abuse I received from Stash, who I have now discovered is the company director, was disgusting. It went far beyond bad customer service and was completely abusive. I still can't believe the experience I had with him, it left me shaken and upset. What a horrible, abusive person he is.
Delivered wet repackaged box with wet pine frame
This delivery company was used for my Futon Company sofa bed delivery. First, scheduling the delivery took some back and forth during 6 days. Then on the day, they said they will come between 7 AM and 10 AM (so I woke up at 6:30 to wait), but they came 20 minutes late, after I called. They brought in the 2 packages, quickly took a picture, and left without asking me to check nor sign anything. Then the nightmare started. I looked at the two packages, and the box containing the wooden frame of my supposedly new sofa bed had clearly been tampered with, opened at one end and then resealed with lots of tape. I immediately contacted the Futon Company and this delivery service with photos. After 6 hours I was told by the seller to open the box to check the contents. I found that under all that extra tape the box was very wet, basically falling apart, and the pine frame inside was also wet and had some damage. I don't know who is responsible for the state of the box, but it was for 6 days in this delivery company's warehouse and they did not follow protocol during delivery, which in itself seems dishonest. If they had waited for me to check, I would have refused it on the spot and at least I would be rid of it. I am very uncomfortable with this whole situation and I don't know how long it will take to get this wet mouldy package out of my house, days at least. I strongly do not recommend this company or the retailers that use their services.
Avoid – careless delivery and no customer support
Trampoline was “delivered” today but not to us — it was left with neighbours across the road without any attempt to deliver to our address. No knock, no doorbell, no notification. Customer service is not responding. Completely unacceptable and careless delivery.
Impossible for us to lift it.
Quite rude
On two separate occasions the team hung up while I was requesting that they contact my husband (who was going to be at home during the delivery window) instead of me (I was going to be at work). I left a voicemail and an email with his details. The courier still called me. The delivery itself was fine, but the customer service is lacking.
Helpful
My husband said the 2 men were very polite, nice chaps. They called me when nearly at our home to ask if they could deliver the sofa bed early as it was due to be delivered the following morning. It was lucky my husband was still home as they would have had a wasted journey. It would have been good to get the call at least an hour or two before delivery . However, they were very helpful which was much appreciated.
DISGUSTING!

I sadly had to deal with this pathetic company & the vile man who apparently runs it. I was having a sofa delivered & unfortunately they used this shower of sh** . My home was damaged, my walls, my flooring and the actual sofa too. When I phoned to see if the company were going to reimburse me for the substantial damage I was spoke to like something he had stepped in. Refused to pay for damage and was so nasty on the call I was in shock. His men couldn't lift the sofa, in fairness to them it needed 3 or 4 men. Two was ridiculous! I cannot swear on here but believe me if I could I'd have a few choice words for the vile human and his business
Shambles
Two men delivering a solid wood bookcase ordered from a small business. They didn’t have the right transport or equipment for the heavy item. They had to haul it down from the van and then drag it over the floor to get it to the front door. They then refused to bring the item inside as they couldn’t do so without risk of damage. Instead they left it by the front door after dragging the item through my garden and flattening all the plants. If they don’t have the equipment or experience to deliver heavier items then they shouldn’t accept them. As far as I’m concerned, not even getting the item through the front door isn’t a delivery. They then had the cheek to ask me to sign to say that they had delivered the item without damage to it or anything else! Also the woman who phoned to inform of date of delivery was unfriendly and unhelpful. I tried to phone back to change the delivery date to ensure my partner would be home to help but no answer. Left a message that was ignored.
Phenomenal
Brilliant guys and great delivery. 80+kg sofa bed up 4 flights of stairs with no lift. Really really happy and put our minds at ease. Also put the sofa into the room of choice etc. Phenomenal!

Where do I start. Awful from the get go.
Cancelled first delivery last minute in the morning. Re arranged and were 5 hours late.
When they delivered my £2000 sofa the two men dragged it across the concrete.. rolled it to my house. Dragged it through my house. Scratching the flooring I had laid the week prior. They also put a hole into my newly decorated wall in the living room.
It has taken since February to get a response. Finally agreed to take the money offered back because I’d had enough of waiting for compensation. Then having to deal with a random rude bloke paying it back in instalments. Very unprofessional. They seem to think giving £100 towards the flooring was a bonus. Baring in mind it’s going to cost me £300/500 to get sorted.
I’m still having to wait for the sofa to be sorted from a third party company and fix the rips and sort the stains out.
Avoid at all cost.
The blokes themselves that delivered were polite. However they were not given any equipment to help move the sofa. This was more of a 3/4 man job.
I’m sure we’d have had no issues if there was an extra person or two.
Trying to get someone to contact me back was next level impossible. Emails sent, voice messages sent and asked the manager to call me back twice.
