Great job by delivery team keeping me informed, arriving punctually and delivering our new sofa bed to the room. Very happy.

2MD Delivery is one of the most unprofessional and incompetent courier companies I have ever dealt with.The first delivery attempt failed entirely due to their incompetence, and when I called to resolve the issue, the staff on the phone were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Shockingly, they even suggested I pick up the parcels from their depot myself—despite this being a paid delivery service!
When the items were finally delivered, The delivery team failed to inspect the route as required, scratched my walls during delivery, and initially refused to deliver items to the correct room. Their attitude was appalling—rude, dismissive, and careless throughout the entire process.

This company clearly has no standards for customer service or accountability, and their carelessness caused property damage that they made no effort to address. If you’re unlucky enough to deal with them, expect nothing but frustration and disappointment. Avoid at all costs.

Adi & Josh were great today! They called to ask if I minded them delivering earlier than scheduled, were very pleasant, and managed to get the mattresses upstairs without any fuss. Would 100% recommend.

My 2man team, Adi and his son, were great. They kept me updated on delivery time by text. Delivered beds exactly where I wanted them with no fuss. Great experience thanks.

Great delivery team. The two young men who collected my old washing machine and delivered a new one at 8.30pm were fantastic. I live in an upstairs flat so lots of stairs to climb. Well done and thank you both

Adi and Josh were a little late but the weather was awful and they kept me up to date.
Both were respectful and polite.
They delivered a sofa and took care when going over my pale carpet taking off their shoes.

I received an automated email at 8.30pm yesterday informing me they would deliver my mattress today. My email reply triggered another automated email. It's impossible to get hold of them today (Saturday) as the only phone no. is the office landline which has a message saying the office is closed. They did not give me a time-slot for delivery. I changed my plans and have been waiting in all day. I called the mattress company but they said they couldn't do anything because they don't have a mobile no. for 2mandispatch either. Now finally, at 17.35 my mattress has been delivered. Terrible and unprofessional service, to be avoided.

Thank you so much Adi and Josh. I ordered a large teak root table and glass top. It was like the worlds strongest men. Arrived in perfect condition and because I have a disability they totally set it up for me. We need mire people like them, so kind amd professional. Can't thank you enough.

Arrived at time stated - very polite and helpful guys called Ady and Josh would recommend this Company.

It seems as if the company relies on Automated comms, i.e. computer-generated TEXTS and EMAILS, rather than human-to-human dialogue - which is less than successful in the complex world of Logistics - 'sniffy' email claiming "we tried to contact u.. pls call back to confirm.." time&date identical to 'sniffy' text... yet, oddly, no missed call. Even when correct contact details were confirmed, automated-comms continued. Have now cancelled order, and advised retail-company to review their choices/options for delivery - basic shipping shouldn't & needn't be this hard!

Aidy & Josh have now done 3 deliveries/pick-ups for us. In our experience they have communicated well and informed us of estimated time of delivery in advance. Following this they have on all 3 occasions been on time. Very helpful. Would recommend.

Terrible Service!!

Collection for our mattress from Nectar sleep was arranged by them. They contacted me twice in one day confirming a collection date, which I responded to within 2 minutes each time. They then called me on the day of collection saying it would now be a different day, and tried to tell me it was my fault for not confirming fast enough!! After i already moved our king size mattress into the kitchen to make it easier for the collection, and now have nowhere to put it.
Terrible service, the phone operators are also extremely rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!!

Company text at 01:30am stating they couldn’t deliver due to broken down vehicle. No apology. When I called back to rearrange a new delivery, I was hung up on. I was told the order didn’t exist. I was spoken over and the person was nothing short of rude. I persevered to rearrange the delivery, was spoken to in an obscene way, told they wouldn’t / couldn’t tell me what date, nevermind a delivery slot window, then slapped with a spiel and the phone slammed on me. Hung up on again. These people are a delivery firm. To ANY companies considering using these people - DONT. They will bring your brand and firm into disrepute. They would rather customers cancel their orders than bother answering a telephone call, let alone deliver professionalism.
