I placed an order with Brand Alley, but never received the item. They said the courier delivered the parcel. The photo evidence, shows 2 parcels, no address details and no signature. I have sent several emails to Brand Alley, but they advise me to contact my bank? I have raised a dispute with Klarna and they have supported the merchant and not me the buyer. I'm absolutely disgusted and upset with the outcome. Once I've paid off my 2 remaining items, I will be closing my account. Q9941PB1

Ordered set of 6 glasses. Courier stated delivered to me. I didn't receive the parcel. I don't know what address it to was delivered too, as photo shows someones front gate. Proof of delivery doesn't show my address and doesn't show my door, or it being handed to me. There was no signature! Brand alley refuse to help me further and advise me to contact my bank. I paid via Klarna and even Klarna won't help me. Absolutely disgusting service!! ***Brand Alley replied saying there is nothing they can do, because it was royal mail!!! They chose this form of delivery, NOT ME! This is a joke!

Thank you for your patience whilst this was raised with our Customer Experience team who opened an investigation with Royal Mail about your delivery. From the investigation that they raised, the parcel was confirmed as being delivered successfully. As such we are unable to replace or refund the parcel, which is why we advised to raise this with your payment provider.
When you raise the matter with your payment provider, they will do an impartial investigation based on all details that they are presented with. Should they deem is appropriate, they would issue the refund.
We have noted your feedback and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
I have been a valued customer of booking.com for several years. I recently had a bad experience with a booking and was very disappointed with the outcome of my complaint. I have rang a dozen times to further complain, but, the stupid AI they have in place, prevents me from getting through, to speak to someone. I will no longer be using their services. I have cancelled all future bookings with them.

A piece off the handle broke off causing the pan to fall, nearly causing a serious accident. The Ingenio pan set was purchased from Very. I contacted Very customer service and an advisor gave me Tefals product support number. I was emailed a case number and was asked to send proof of purchase and photo evidence. I received an email saying the item wasn't covered and I could purchase a new handle. The item is 10 weeks old!! Disgusting service.
Dropped my car off on 11th September at the meet and greet terminal 1 parking. Picked it up on 17th September. The wing mirrors, seats (both driver and passenger), rear view mirror, were altered considerably. The car absolutely smelt if wet dog (I don't own a dog). The Fob was damaged. Safe to say, I will never use their service again! I'm only sorry I didn't take a photo of the mileage and fob, before dropping off. Booking ref JJJKTK
I received an order from Adanola, but never placed an order. The error lied with Inpost, who confused another parcel with the Adanola parcel. I emailed Adanola to explain. Weronika, Grace and Jess were amazing and thanked me for my honesty and arranged a label for me to forward back to them. They offered me 10% on any future orders. Great customer guys. Thanks

AVOID THIS SERVICE!! I sent a mid century glass top coffee table. I sent the top and base separate. I bubble wrapped and cardboarded. I marked it 'fragile' 'handle with care'...guess what? They broke the glass. The glass was edged in teak. They destroyed the whole parcel! The teak wood is unique and hard to replace. I put in a claim and was asked to send proof of purchase, proof of packaging, proof of damage (which I didn't have, because, it was parcel force who caused the damage. This went on for 3 days! I had to refund the recipient £110! Then I was finally told I couldn't claim for furniture!! I'm out of pocket a total of £185. So mad and extremely upset!!
The Mattress started to dip on one side after less then a week. Emailed Bed world several times, with evidence of the problem. I even raised a claim with Paypal. Bedworld have not replied to my last 3 emails. They expect me to pay for the return of the mattress myself. This has caused me no end of stress. This matter is still ongoing. Do not purchase anything from this company!!!
Wrong item sent. Just my look sent me a pre paid label to return and are going to send me my correct items.

Avoid this company at all costs!! The Item (rug) took 4 weeks to arrive and was of very poor quality. No matter how much you complain, they will tell you a load of rubbish (about you paying for return and if you want an exchange, you pay shipping costs) and then, if you don't accept that, they offer you 5%, then 10% refund, if you keep the crap item. You are on a losing battle with them.
Avoid this company at all costs! Furniture sub standard and not worth the money. After several emails, The matter wasn't resolved. Not a happy customer.

i ordered a firestick from KodiTv and the payment of £29.95 (i have an email) was made to rawetcapparel. i haven't received my goods. i have sent countless messages both these companies, but haven't received any response whatsoever. i just want my hard earned money back. AVOID THESE COMPANIES!
