Unhappy valued customer
I have been a valued customer of booking.com for several years. I recently had a bad experience with a booking and was very disappointed with the outcome of my complaint. I have rang a dozen times to further complain, but, the stupid AI they have in place, prevents me from getting through, to speak to someone. I will no longer be using their services. I have cancelled all future bookings with them.
