Awful phone customer service
Awful phone customer service. The person on the line ended the call without notice. Rude and entitled.
Issue: I booked the coffee capsule recycling on two different occasions and no one showed up to collect them. I called to ask why and try and fix the problem and they said that I have to leave the bags on the street as they wont come upstairs to my flat to collect the capsules. Makes no sense - why would I do leave the large bags of coffee waste on the streets? They don't really recycle the capsules, it's tons of waste for me to now dispose of them. Sure I can go and take the capsules to their stores every-time I need to dispose of them, except that is not very convenient to anyone.

Today I had another horrible experience…
Today I had another horrible experience at Crunch. I am in the process of moving flats and the new landlord emailed my accountant to prove that I make enough money to pay my rent and CRUNCH decided to bill me before they reply to that email. Apparently, a reply to that email is worth £120.

Really great service
Really great service. I sold my camera to park cameras. They picked up the item at no cost and assed it within 48hrs. Payment should be transferred in 3 days. Very smooth transaction. Would use them again.

Awfully slow replies - Fake customer service - Not personal accounting at all.
This is simply an online tool for your invoice and expenses. They do not provide any personal accounting service. There is no help regarding COVID 19. All they do is send you newsletters that can be found online.
They reply once or twice a day via email maximum. Most of the emails are copy pasted from templates so they don't answer any of your questions.
They have a lot of hidden fees involved and the monthly payment does not cover much.
