Awful phone customer service. The person on the line ended the call without notice. Rude and entitled.

Issue: I booked the coffee capsule recycling on two different occasions and no one showed up to collect them. I called to ask why and try and fix the problem and they said that I have to leave the bags on the street as they wont come upstairs to my flat to collect the capsules. Makes no sense - why would I do leave the large bags of coffee waste on the streets? They don't really recycle the capsules, it's tons of waste for me to now dispose of them. Sure I can go and take the capsules to their stores every-time I need to dispose of them, except that is not very convenient to anyone.
