These guys were brilliant organising for me to get my family of 5 with luggage to heathrow and back. We also had a cancellation last minute with a plane and they sorted this with no stress. Excellent comms.

Been waiting weeks and still no plants…

Been waiting weeks and still no plants or update.
I thought the whole point of ordering with a company called Gardening Express, was that delivery and turnaround would be fairly quick. Several weeks now and still "Pending" It'll be end of summer by time anything arrives at this rate. Pointless. Suggest people with same experience issue them with a Data Subject Access Request and also contact their CEO Christopher Bonnett on Linkedin where others also complain. What a shambles.

Still waiting for a refund after they…

Still waiting for a refund after they promised it would be processed 10 days ago. I actually returned these products to where the actual founder lives and he signed for it. Still doesn't refund me. Absolutely shocking. Don't get caught in this trap.

Never responds. Give my money back.
I’ve taken to LinkedIn now to track down the founder who by looks of it couldn’t care about his customers and just uses famous faces and influencers who have probably been given free pairs and clearly not having to deal with such bad customer services. I’m still waiting for a response and cancelled my item immediately. Utterly useless.

DO NOT USE! THEY FLEECE YOU.

Cancelled the order within 24 hours and was told they were actioning it only to find that they have now shipped item!!! The have no customer services as all emails come back with a response that isn't related to the support request. Very dodgy! Save yourself the problems and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DREADFUL COMPANY!

Wow, such bad customer services

Wow. First order was messed up. Complained. They eventually came back and said they would offer some compensation when item arrived. They didn't bother. Chased them. They then responded and said they would give £40.00 only they didn't as was just an email with no actual voucher and no points. Have chased every since and nothing. Given up with this company. So hit and miss.

Really despise companies like this with…

Really despise companies like this with such poor not contactable customer services. Lovely website to lure you in and then just awful service one they have your money. Ordered chairs - got delivery notice and looks like they are shipping wrong colour and not what I ordered. Try and get hold of them to change order or tell delivery company it isn’t right and nobody can assist. Will just refuse item at door and it’ll now waste everyone’s time.

I’d say this was one of the best rental…

I’d say this was one of the best rental companies I’ve used. Slight hold up getting car - but it was busy. Car was VW as described. I think they need to be more honest trying to upsell for petrol/ empty tank as they claim no petrol stations and were loads. So good I didn’t pay the £100 to bring back empty! The route into Catania rental area is busy and confusing.

Cancelled our entire holiday 5 months later!

Booked a ski holiday for 14 people as early as we could to ensure we got the right place for a large group - and suddenly 5 months later they just cancelled it all. No real explanation other than it sounds like they never owned the rights to the chalet in the first place. No compensation for the stress and financial loss. Wont risk it with them again.

Unfortunately, as we explained to your party leader, necessary maintenance means that we are unable to fulfil bookings in Chalet Alisier, leading to some cancellations.

To make up for this, we offered your party an alternative and new chalet holiday with spa facilities at a lower price. We are sorry that this option was not suitable. As promised, we processed your deposit refund in full & immediately when your party leader confirmed that the alternative was not suitable for your party.

Disappointed at lack of urgency or interest in replacing faulty item

Gave Absolute Snow a go for my Three Peaks kit i am doing at weekend. Very disappointed with their response when i had an issue with hiking trousers that ripped easily. Contacted them with photos and a week after a rather protracted process i am still no longer with a replacement pair, despite telling them i needed a new pair for my walk at weekend. You would think they would just accept they shouldn't rip and offer to replace quickly so i have my kit in time for my walk, but no they weren't that fussed and still not heard back so have to buy new kit instead. Illogical. Nothing like a brilliant Swedish company I used recently for clothes who on receiving information about an item that was faulty, immediately (within minutes) replaced the item and had it shipped in 24 hours, no questions asked. Excellent customer service so they will win my business for all hiking gear not Absolute Snow. That's how to run a business and secure customer loyalty!

Not a great platform. Tell people they get a lifetime platform and just build another one and leave the other one with bugs and try and push people onto another subscription. Read the HONEST reviews on here from genuine people with experience.

Another letdown and not just the tyre

Another letdown and not just the tyre. Waited all day till 7pm, supposed to do the job between 4-8pm. Get a text saying can't make it as had some bad traffic earlier in the day. What a complete lack of any work ethic. Utterly useless. Second time they have let us down. Use a local firm instead and pay the extra to get a better service. Thank you Morgan (Technician).

Inflated prices for amending a booking

Recently had to amend a hotel booking and noticed that LH is inflating prices so existing customers are charged more than the rate if making a new booking. Have found out other customers were affected and LH doing nothing about it, refusing to make a comment or inform why. Now doing a piece in the media to raise awareness of the potential scam. Looking for more people to come forward with issues. Also the response that LH have just added is utter rubbish. They control what prices are appearing for the hotels and this response isn’t addressing the issue. This has nothing to with flights, it’s the price LH is giving for the hotel which in real-time differs on their site. Cheaper for new customers , more expensive when in the amendment area of their site. It’s a scam to make money from people amending. If the hotel is £300 cheaper when searching as a new customer why isn’t this reflected in the amending price. Nothing to do with flights or £25 fee. It’s inflated pricing and LH knows it as their press office didn’t want to respond to the evidence put to them

A kind reminder the airlines or suppliers could charge to correct an amendment, and this will depend on their specific policies. As part of their assistance our amendments team will find out if any costs are involved, and will inform you of these via Manage My Booking before proceeding with an amendment.

From our side, we would only charge you a £25 per amendment request and nothing further. We have no control over the airline and hotel suppliers policies I'm afraid. This is also stipulated in our terms and conditions which explains our amendment process.

As the booking has already been booked, we won't be able to amend the booking as a new booking price. That isn't possible I'm afraid and we have to follow the process of amending your booking. We can only inform you of the hotel suppliers quote as well as respect their policy. This is also mentioned in our amendment policy, if you could kindly have a read on this which is linked below.

We understand that this transition may have created confusion, but the lifetime agreement is still honored on the new platform for the features it included. There is no requirement for lifetime users to pay for those features again.

Absolute joke of a "delivery" company…

Absolute joke of a "delivery" company as yet to deliver my parcel. The tracking is out of date, the item still in a depot. They have no communication. Don't know how companies like this exist. It beggars belief. They just don't care about customers. Take the money and just waste everyone's time. I have canceled my order now as waited over a week. Utterly useless.

Ruined my alloy wheels

Technician did the job and left me with badly scratched alloys. Wasn't honest enough to tell me. Also - he didn't have to change the whole tyre and could have fixed the puncture! Absolutely furious they would leave me ruined alloys, so now making a formal complaint to get resolved.
