I ordered Birkenstock clogs on 12/22/25 and they said they would be delivered on Friday 12/26/25. They got shipped to Ohio and they have been in the same spot sine I placed the order. I reached out to customer service and basically told me it’s my problem and they will arrive when they get there. I paid extra for early shipping too so honestly don’t buy anything from this website as they are clearly scamming people for the holiday and then telling them to deal with it. I have screens shots of the whole interaction and I’m posting it on social media so everyone can boycott this website and all the scammers can lose their jobs.

I was on site and I was interested in sunglasses. They have a auto chat bot that offered me a discount but when I checked out I didn’t realize that they charged me the full price for the item and I questioned them on it and they didn’t honor the lower price and didn’t allow me to return it because the items were final sale.
Terrible customer service I will never buy from them again. They literally lied to me, inducing me to buy at a lower price, but then charging me more at check out when again I questioned them about this and offered them the opportunity to correct it twice they told me no that they couldn’t adjust the price and that I could not return the item never again
Zulily customer beware
Ordered Ray-Ban sunglasses on Nov 16,2025. No update for weeks. Emailed Zulily on Dec 3, their reply was order was being delayed and if no update contact them again to escalate order. No response from customer support when emailed again to escalate. Emailed again to refund and no response. No good way to contact business using both email or chat line. Should have read their reviews before ordering from them.
Bad Serviice
I ordered a vest on 12/01/25 and product has not been shipped. I tried to cancel my order and they refused to cancel and give me a refund. I never got a ship date.

I ordered shoes back in October
I ordered shoes back in October. According to my tracking the shoes were never received at UPS. I have reached out to customer service about 10x. Customer service is USELESS. They keep telling me, I am not giving them the correct order information, but I am. It pulls up on their website for me every time. Don’t shop here!

I was sent the wrong size, in a damaged box, which arrived over 10 days late and my return is under review, even though I paid extra for free returns! Seriously, this company has got to be kidding!

I ordered two pairs of Birkenstock. After over a week when I didn’t hear that the order shipped I started reading all the reviews and started to worry that my order will never arrive. After contacting the company and wells Fargo my ordered shipped the next day and just arrived. I received both Birkenstocks. The only thing I will recommend that next time Zulily should reach out to the customers and notify them of long processing times. I love my new boots.
Ordered Airpods and Beats in August - part delivered, and not refunded
Ordered Airpods and Beats in August, delivered the Airpods in October, multiple (more than 10 email exchanges) offering help, a human to call, and and and… then silence into November, finally had to request the credit card issuer to reclaim the $169.99 from Zulily… truly the worst online shopping experience and the level of disinterest and incompetence was crazy.. actually felt for a time they had just taken our money and we would never see it again. Was with the old Zulily and it was fab. This is a far cry from that.. will never use it again and would warn people to be very careful… indeed.

Website is easy to navigate, they offer high quality items, reasonable return period. Despite being informed in writing returns and exchanges within 15 days are free regardless of purchasing shopping protection fee I was charged an almost 10 dollar exchange fee. The website is good if you already know exactly what you want and have a good idea of the fit and quality of the item you’ll be receiving. In my case I’m familiar with Birkenstocks however this specific style I ordered def ran large and was nearly 2 cm different in length. I’d say you will get the item described on the website at a good price however if you need to return or exchange items that’s when you run into subpar customer service.

Bad business practices
I ordered the shoes realized they were the wrong size. I was told by support to wait until i receive them than I can return or exchange them. Once I received the shoe I am now told I can’t exchange or return them. Every bad business practices.

Ordered a pair of Birkenstocks on 11/3/25, item label was created on 11/5/25 with a scheduled delivery on 11/8/25. Item never made it to USPS. Zulily states that item was tendered to USPS, but USPS has never received?? After 2 weeks and no proof of shipping I asked for a refund and Zulily refused. Stay away, they do not ship ordered items.
